OutletTrends started as a small hobby for me and my colleague. We both worked at a company that wasn’t something that had a future for both of us. So together we started this hobby of gathering the best trending products all around the world and expanded this hobby. What started as a local Indien company of 2 ex-colleagues, became something bigger, with more products and more manpower. We figured out that there are a lot of companies that sell a lot of non-trending products and just a view that is hip and trending. So we started gathering all these products that we secretly all want, but are often too expensive or of low quality. Outlettrends now consist of the largest collection of trending and popular products. We offer a huge and varies assortment of cool, hip, and amazing products. OutletTrends has products available for everyone, think for example of soft dog donuts, or cool dino merchandise, educational baby play mats, professional dog hair trimmers, and so much more. Not only do we provide the most amazing and trending products, but we also have a customer service team that is available 24/7. Ich war erst super skeptisch. nachdem ich ewig keine Versandbestätigung erhalten habe, hab ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Rasch kam eine Antwort, und schnell ist dem Mitarbeiter aufgefallen dass ich eine falsche Adresse angegeben habe (dieses hab ich selbst auch noch Mal nachgeguckt, und es war wirklich mein Fehler ) ohne große Diskussion, wurde vom Mitarbeiter noch die Adresse geändert (obwohl diese schon längst unterwegs war) ohne Aufzahlung,ohne Stress. Klar hat der Versand länger gedauert als angenommen,aber die Ware ist endlich da.

The ordering and shipping was fine

The ordering and shipping was fine. The daily harassing emails to record a review that you cannot unsubscribe from is awful. And this review system requires I setup an account with trustpilot or associate my google or facebook account which I do not want to do, but will do to stop the madness. Will probably not order from Outlettrends again because of this.

Awesome!

Loved it - the communication was awesome. I was afraid since my package was coming from India it wouldn't arrive on time for Christmas. It arrived two days ago!!!!n They always responded to all my questions and quickly at that.

Verified Fake Pokémon Evolution boxes

Bought some Pokémon Evolution boxes and every single pack was fake. It was a decent fake and the artwork looked legit but packaging was questionable and after getting it verified, I was notified I bought fake cards. Buyer beware, I can’t speak to everything else they sell but steer clear of any Pokémon card products. $80 lesson learned.

Would’ve given 5 stars but tracking…

Would’ve given 5 stars but tracking info was very hard to follow. This link only asked about the item OUT-YJKTXAUOJKO8. That doesn’t mean anything to me. I had to go all the way back to my initial order to find that number. Putting a picture of the item would be of more help
