Dont get me wrong the product is good. But the customer service is the worst.
They initially provided me with false infomation which caused me to purchase the wrong bundle. They refuse to admit to their mistake amd rectify it. Thus costing me more money and still an on going battle. Their actual customer service number is always inoperable and some of their service consultants that email you are just as incompetent. Horrible experince had with out n about.

I’ve never had an issue with out n about. I have a double V4, a single v4 which I both bought of the market place & bought myself a V5 brand new in 2023. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve contacted the customer service team and they’ve been really quick to to respond and so helpful. My v4 needed a new seat unit but I couldn’t get one on the website. They searched the warehouse and got one sorted for me! Recently my tyres got a puncture, I couldn’t get my hands on new wheels but customer service sorted tubes for me. I really couldn’t fault them and I do love their prams!

We bought an Out 'n' About Nipper V6 due to living on a remote farm and not having something build for purpose. The pram is wonderful, very sturdy and very easy to maneuver. We have had a few teething issues but all of which have been resolved quickly and effectively by the team!

We fell for the marketing hype on social media.

The customer service and experience speaking with OutN'About has been terrible. Quick to take your money but change the delivery timelines after purchase. The website and dates given do not match and when we asked for help - customer services quoted us the wrong order references from different customers.

Spoke to Rocco about a restored out n about double. He kept me updated daily and as soon as one became available I got first refusal. Ended up with practically a brand new buggy. Excellent customer service, Rocco went the extra mile. It was delivered the next day too!

The rain over arrived quickly to take with us to Disneyland. It was brilliant. Easy to put on the pram, folds down small and kept everything dry. Would highly recommend over a standard plastic rain cover

Ordered and delivered within a 5 days. Better than using 3rd party shops/online.

Fantastic buggy - easy to use, packing away is quick.

I’m 50/50 on this buggy (the double buggy with newborn pack). It is easy to push, I can even push it one handed, and it does get through most doors. It’s difficult to collapse though, and I never put it in the car because you have to take the front wheel off which is a real faff.

The main issue though is one I can see others have highlighted - the poor quality tyres. We’ve got through quite a few in less than two years of use, and they’re more than £40 each time after you factor in postage and packaging. They are apparently ‘normal wear and tear’ and so if we want to keep using the buggy we have to keep buying them. However this is now our only buggy, and the wheels are out of stock, so we now cannot use it at all.

Excellent service, top quality product. Quick delivery

The pram we have have is excellent (Nipper V6) and the customer service was exceptional. A part broke within the warranty period and I emailed in. I got a response within an hour (no chatbots or anything, a real person) and they sent out a replacement part the next day with no additional charge.

Honestly it looks wonderful and everything but it's not for me. After putting it all together and wheeling it and I noticed the front wheel doesn't go any direction but straight. It isn't and won't work well on hiking trails in the mountains here in Arizona. If you want to just go straight I'm sure it will be fine. Most hiking trails here are very curvy and rocky. I wanted to return it but then they told me I'd have to pay shipping back. They shipped it from America but want me to ship it back to their international address. At that point I'm now stuck with a stroller that won't work for me because there's no point in spending more on returning the product then the product costed.

**Update**

Apparently the person who responded about my return request didn't realize I was in America. So they did sent a US address. But irrelevant now that I threw away all packaging. But if your in America you'd be able to return it now.

Sent wrong part 3 times, have dispatched another part also wrong without any form of communication. Awful customer service

I cannot fault out n About customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful, and fast postage. With their help I have rebuilt my V4 double and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

Brilliant company to deal with! Had a buggy that has looked after three grandchildren from birth to (in some cases) five years old and it needed some TLC. I had help all along the way as I didn't know which model it was. I now have a beautiful re-fitted buggy all ready for the next grand child in June.

Push chair is very good. It would be even better however if you could switch the seats around so infants/toddlers can face the parent which is important

I’ve received my v6 plus

Wheel rubs :( they have offered a replacement but it won’t fix the problem…. Only used twice with light load too.

Other than that buggy is good.

Getting hold of someone is a nightmare & if you want to speak to someone or a call you’ve no chance at all 😞 need to sort this as it’s letting the company down & very frustrating for customers who don’t have time to chase for months with young chrildren who ironically want to be ‘out and about’
