I checked in for my stay at outrigger on Waikiki April 25. When I checked in I told the lady I had purchased the breakfast package but I couldn’t find my paperwork.I received no vouchers so I paid for my breakfast for my say. When I got home I found the conformation that should the package. I email 3 times to rectify with no reply from accounting

Having not traveled internationally since before covid or before kids, my wife reached out to our local TravelManagers agent for some help in booking a fairly short notice trip to Fiji for our family, with Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort selected for an all-inclusive stay including direct flights and private transfer to/from the resort.

The flights and the direct transfers went well, and when we arrived jet-lagged and before the check-in time the Outrigger staff ensured we had a quiet and comfortable recovery in alternative accommodation (an upgrade actually) until our booked accommodation was ready.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Many restaurants to choose from within the resort which included rotating menus/themes, shops within the resort, internal and external activities arranged by the resort, a kids club, family areas (incl a HUGE pool) and kid-free areas, a sandy beach with several hundred metres of shallow coral reef off the shore to explore, and a number of nearby attractions (we went to a nearby wildlife centre and on a village/river tour).

We ran into an unexpected issue (just bad luck, nobody at fault) late in the night on our second last night and the friendly staff went out of their way to help us out. I'm adding this detail as I want to point out how much the staff care about their guests' stay and that they don't just stick to a script, and the staff kept in touch with us via our travel agent after we returned. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to book our next trip with TravelManagers and would definitely recommend Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort to anyone, especially families!

One last tip - we opted for full board and full drinks packages. We could have made-do with the half board package (Breakfast + Dinner, pay for small lunches) as it became a struggle being incentivised having one huge meal after the next, and in the last few days we were beginning to either skip the lunches or only order small snacks as we were s-t-u-f-f-e-d full haha. 100% recommend the drinks package, as anything that's not fully-covered (ie certain cocktails or spirits) only incur the *difference* in cost. IE if the drinks package covers all cocktails up to say $25 and you order a $29 cocktail that's not covered, you'll only pay $4.

The resort is OK concering the pools and restaurants, but the room was no way worthy of 5 stars... 3,5 at the most... oldfashiones and worn down furnitures. The cabinet doors could not close properly but was squeeking and almost falling of the hinges. The shower was close to disgusting with mould between the ( broken) tiles. The entire bathroom was a sad sight.The Safe did not work, and they could not make it work. Not worth the money. Would not recommend this resort.

We stayed at Waikiki Beach this trip. We previously stayed at K'Olino Resort. We will stay at Waikiki from now on, and we loved The Outirgger Waikiki Beach Reef and Resort Club. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, right on the water. Great restaurants in the Waikiki area. This was a top notch trip with Outrigger. My special needs adult son, wants to return this summer, but he's just going to have to wait for a bit. Lots of shopping and great food! Nightly music at the poolside. Plenty of chairs, and cabana's for rent.
