Love the support! Very good scraping tools for not a lot of money!

Google Maps scraper: works well, recommended for that use case.

Other scrapers I tried (Reddit and a few more): every single task ended with "Task returned no results" and no error details. Support was friendly and responsive but couldn't diagnose the issue - the standard resolution was "I'll forward it to the dev team," with no timeline.

Prepaid credits mean failed runs don't cost money, but they don't deliver data either, and the balance remains tied to tools that, in my experience, don't consistently work outside of Maps. Buy for Maps. Test carefully before relying on anything else.

Absolutely Garbage Service! DONT USE! I paid for 16,000 leads but after cleaning the data only had 500 workable leads, also, hidden costs up the A hole, they make their pricing confusing as hell just to surprise you with payments

Using Outscraper from time to time and it provides!
I've been so inconsistent on my end that I forgot which account to use to log in. I was confused because my credits were at 0, quickly opened a discussion through customer support. I was amazed to receive an answer in less than 5 minutes on a Saturday at 3:00 PM (Paris time).
My problem (me forgetting to use the proper account) was quickly resolved in a very efficient exchange.
On top of the product quality, support is amazing too :)
