The interviewer was impressively by-the-book—like, the book might as well have been glued to her hand. She showed zero interest in the candidates' experience, barely listened, and threw questions like she was conducting an interrogation, not a conversation. Truly the gold standard of engaging dialogue.

She cut me off while I was talking and sounded sarcastic when I asked her to repeat the questions. She didn’t even seem interested in creating a warm or meaningful interview experience. If that's the kind of interview she conducts on a daily basis, it could seriously impact your business—especially considering your company is in the recruitment industry.
