I started using this product in 2022 as a student. At the time, I found it helpful for making sure my papers were grammatically correct, and it provided some assistance in re-writing and plagiarism checks.

Later, I found that the product started to become more glitchy. I would highlight text that I wanted reviewed and the program would jump to the next section of text. This happened for quite a while and I found it added a lot of editing time. I reached out to support and they asked questions, but never solved the problem. This problem still persists. I also found that the program will make edit suggestions for the sake of making a suggestion. Often I accept the change, and then it suggests how I originally had it written. Also, it tends to change all genders to “he” as opposed to “they”.

I have also had problems with the plagiarism checker. I had 50 available checks, but it just wasn’t working. I contacted customer support in 2024 and received no response.

I have found that because the first issue had never been resolved, it adds too much time for me to edit papers, so I no longer use the product. I have requested a refund and shockingly, I haven’t received any response from their customer service.

In 2022, I highly recommended this product. I can no longer suggest it, it’s too glitchy and the customer service is non-existent.
