Same as others on here and wish I’d checked trustpilot first. Total scamming company, subscription you don’t even realise you’d signed up for and sending out rubbish products snd charging without consent. If you try to return they won’t accept so their offer of 30 day money back guarantee is rubbish, as is them following distance selling laws. Products don’t work, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

This company is an absolute scam! As with all your other reviews, they sign you up for a subscription you haven’t signed up for and then steal money out of your account each month! You can’t cancel the subscription, even though it states you just ‘go into your order and cancel!’ You can’t!! I have spoken to my credit card and blocked them but it’s infuriating that a company can take your money like this in the first place! I have managed to delete my credit card so hopefully they can’t steal any more money off me! I’m now worried what these Pumkin Oil capsules actually are so I’m putting the whole lot in the bin!

As per the other reviews here, I have been charged for a subscription that I did not consent to. The link to cancel my subscription does not work. My emails to request cancellation have been unanswered. I will be contacting my bank, to block this company.

Awful scam company, bought pumpkin seed oil after seeing a lot of good reviews on Facebook. I didn't realise it was a sponsored page. Nowhere did the advert or page say it was a subscription. When I received an email saying second order was being processed I tried to email them back. Got a bounce back email saying not sent as my email possibly contained a virus. I went on their contact page sent two messages no response. Checked out their advert, no information saying it was a subscription. Read cancellation policy it said to go back to my email from them click the link and go to Manage account from there cancel subscription, no such luck the only option was to BUY AGAIN. I have emailed again no response. I have removed my payment option from my profile and will contact my bank tomorrow

🚫 Absolute scam experience!
I subscribed to a Rosemary Hair Oil after seeing an ad from Ovela on Facebook — total regret. The first delivery was disappointing, and I immediately requested to cancel the subscription. There’s nowhere on either the Shop app or Ovela’s site to cancel, and they’ve ignored every single message since.

Now they’ve charged me again for a second delivery I never wanted. It’s impossible to reach anyone for help — Shop keeps saying to contact the merchant, but Ovela never replies. I feel completely scammed and frustrated.

If you’re thinking of buying from them, don’t. I wouldn’t recommend Ovela or using the Shop app at all — no customer service, no accountability, and no way to stop them from taking your money.

After reading a few reviews on the product, I ordered from Ovela. Product arrived as advised but a month later, another debit taken without consent. No subscription set up or advised to be able to cancel. No response from the site. Unscrupulous at best.

Money taken from my account without authorisation. Went onto my profile and deleted payment card. I realised that another payment was set for a month later so unbeknownst to me there must be small print to subscribe. I didn't read it anywhere and it wasn't obvious. I'm contacting my bank and have also emailed Ovela. I doubt I will get my money back. Thankfully it wasn't for a big amount. Lesson learnt. Read every small print I can find and don't buy anything on Facebook. The product roll on applicator is rubbish too. Hardly anything comes out despite the vigour used to roll it on my scalp. Would not recommend it.

This company is a scam, they keep taking monthly payments when you haven't signed up to them.. They dont answer your emails, I dont even know if the product is legit.. Do not order from Ovela for pumpkin seed capsules, they put up a Facebook post and get others to comment to make it seem there product is the best. Then some how they trap people in a monthly subscription..

Ordered one item in September.

In October company has apparently signed me to a subscription and I now have an amount pending to be taken in my bank. I most definitely did not sign up to a subscription and I have seen other reviews with people complaining about the same issue. My bank has now blocked this company do not order from them as they will not even contact me despite numerous messages.

BEWARE -. I order 6 of them so I would keep to the program and 4 weeks later another 6 were charged to my card.

As soon as I got the notification I emailed 3 times - they ignored my emails - despatched the goods (another 6 months supply) and send basically - bad luck can't cancel this order.

Beware ... I cannot find the small print either saying it is a monthly order - it must be hidden somewhere I am sure. I have reported to my bank in case it is a scam and they try and charge again

Don’t buy from this fake company. These copy products and ship you fake items from china . Upon receiving similar myself very late after ordering it was immediately obvious they were fake - I’ve contacted and they’d every avenue to get a repose from the company to no avail. Trust your instinct . These are bogus scammers and really should be shut down.

In de banner vermeldt dit bedrijf: niet goed, geld terug. Maar dat is niet waar; ik heb het product een eerlijke kans gegeven maar m’n gezicht werd eerder droger/meer vochtarm dan voor het gebruik van hun zgn schapenvet. Op de vraag om m’n geld terug te krijgen, kreeg ik als antwoord dat t product dan ongeopend en ongebruikt terug gestuurd moest worden. Dat lukt natuurlijk niemand…om vanaf de ongeopende verpakking het product te kunnen beoordelen. Daarna geen reactie meer. Mijn tip: er zijn veel betere balsems met talg te koop, sla deze over!

Ik heb de gezichtscreme gebruikt en heb meteen een rood, brandend en jeukend gezicht. Geen aanrader.

Het potje lekte en voelde vettig aan, aan de buitenkant. Na openen zag het er heel vloeibaar uit niet vet. Parfum erg aanwezig en bij aanbrengen begon mijn huid te prikken. Na 3x kreeg ik uitslag en dit is geen 40€ waard. Ben gestopt met smeren en wat dom dat ik mijzelf niet eerst heb ingelezen via de reviews

Oplichterij helaas kwam ik daar te laat achter. En ben ik mijn centen kwijt! Zoals zo vele gedupeerden.

HIER NOOIT IETS KOPEN!
Alles wordt vanuit China geregeld, er is geen telefoonnummer ( het nummer op de website is buiten gebruik!!!). Artikelen terugsturen moet je zelf regelen naar een duister Chinees adres. Je krijgt een antwoord in het Zweeds of Deens als je klacht indient, ttz, geen antwoord op je vraag maar een standaard antwoord, en ga zo verder. Het is een RAMP, een zeer onbetrouwbare webwinkel die zich Nederlands voordoet, maar buitenlands is.

Twee kettinkjes besteld voor mijn dochter en haar beste vriendin. Ze kwamen relatief snel binnen, maar wat was ik teleurgesteld. Beide kettinkjes kapot. Ik wilde ze retourneren, maar dan moet het terug naar China! Verzendkosten hoog en voor eigen rekening. Gezocht op Aliexpres en Wish, daar vond ik dezelfde kettinkjes voor nog geen 2 euro waar ik 25 voor had betaald. In de communicatie is de klantenservice heel vriendelijk, maar toch lastig te begrijpen. Volgens mij gebruiken ze Google translate. Je kan blijven mailen, maar met een passende oplossing komen ze niet en ze stellen je op geen enkele manier schadeloos. Daar kom je achter als je via Klarna doodleuk een aanmaning krijgt met 14 euro extra zonder een eerste herinnering.
Spijt als haren op mijn hoofd dat ik niet verder gezocht heb, maar de reviews op Facebook waren goed.

Een douchekop gekocht met harde straal tegen de kerstdagen. Eindelijk aangekomen na weken wachten springt het kapot tijdens het douchen! Kreeg een nieuwe toegestuurd en quess what? Weer kapot gesprongen! Logisch als het van plastic is ipv staal. Ik weiger een nieuwe voor de 2e keer en heb via Klarna betaald. Aanmaningen blijven natuurlijk oplopen omdat Evola niet doorgeeft dat er iets is mis gegaan. Nu krijg ik ongewild een nieuwe en de aanmaning die verdriedubbeld is. Geen mail terug en geen response. Ik raad deze webshop zeker af!!!🤮

Normaalgesproken check ik altijd waar ik iets bestel, of het een beetje een fatsoenlijke website is. Dit keer niet gedaan, en daar heb ik zeker van geleerd!
Ik zag een advertentie voor een panty met een soort fleece aan de binnenkant waarbij het leek alsof het een panty van veel minder deniers was. Leek me ideaal, ik draag dagelijks een panty en als het vriest kan dat wel koud zijn.
Het was 2 stuks voor 27€, aan de prijs, maar wilde het er wel voor proberen. Een week of 2 later werden de panty's bezorgd. Wel een vrij dikke panty met huidskleurige binnenkant, maar geen fleece te bekennen.
Contact met de klantenservice: ze halen hun antwoorden duidelijk door Google Translate want het snijdt totaal geen hout. Ik kan 5% korting krijgen of een ander product uit de webshop. Retourneren (naar China!) moet ik zelf betalen, ook al hebben zij totaal iets verkeerds geleverd.
Terwijl we nog in gesprek zijn ontvang ik een aanmaning van Klarna (overigens had ik nooit een herinnering gehad) met 14€ verhoging! Dat is inmiddels 41€ voor een totaal fout product.
Ik wil er nu gewoon maar vanaf zijn en probeer die verhoging er alleen nog vanaf te krijgen.
Lang verhaal kort: bestel hier niet! (En Chapeau dat jij wél de website contreert voor het bestellen)

Zal hier niets bestellen ben er 1x in getrapt. Heb 6 weken moeten wachten op een stijlborstel. Werkt dus voor geen meter retour sturen kan niet ben je een hoop geld kwijt.
