Did a brilliant job cleaning our oven, hob and extractor.
Through no fault of his own, Ian had arrived late for his appointment. Very apologetic even though his office had already kept us fully informed of the delay.
Will definitely recommend them and will use them again next time.

Ian was very friendly and did a fantastic job. Our oven was pretty dirty, so he had his work cut out. He also showed me the product he uses "The Pink Stuff" so I will get some and try to keep on top of the grime. Hopefull, it won't be such a big job when he comes next year!

I have just had my Bosch double oven thoroughly cleaned by Oven Gleamers’ Ian from Newhaven. I can’t recommend him highly enough for the trouble he took. Result: gleaming oven, looks like new after 7 years of use.
I’m now planning to have it done every year.

Repeat customer but won't be back. Price agreed to do two ovens at one location on a specific date. Didn't go well as had to check with me appointment made (even though they were on a WhatsApp chat) can't complain about the clean as a good job done, problem was agreed price (again on chat) changed on the day, after the clean. Tried to charge for gas range rather than electric, then full price for second despite price being previously agreed. Overcharged by £50 which wife reluctantly paid. Despite previously recommending to friends and neighbors we won't do again.

Just for clarification after the response below, we have no gas at the property at all (infact no supply in the village) a price was given for a range cooker (electric price and gas price) and for doing a 3 month old single oven in an adjacent house. When finished we were charged for a gas range and full clean on the adjacent (electric) oven. This was not the agreement and am happy to share the WhatsApp chat showing this.

Whilst I'm more than happy to get into this ping-pong of messages I do have more important things to do. Fact is he tried to over charge by charging for a gas range when it was electric and a full clean on a relatively clean 3 month old single oven. I can prive with pictures if required. What's of more concern is the unprompted WhatsApp messages from your cleaning chap. I have now had to block them. bBut as they now know where we live my family are concerned that he may take out his issues on our property. Very unprofessional messages being sent that are not the kind of thing we expect.

A very good service. Christian arrived dead on time and quickly got to work. He spent about 5 hours, 3.5 on the Aga and 1.5 on the electric oven. My wife and I are delighted with the result. Now we can actually see through the window in the electric oven door and the Aga gleams like it has never before. So much so that we are nervous about using them in case we dirty them.
We were quoted a price over the phone and that was what we paid - no hidden extras.

Oven Gleamers Kidderminster- first class service, I would thoroughly recommend. Nigel did a fantastic job on my oven- it’s like new! I will definitely book again- this time before it gets in such a state!

Barry came to clean our oven today, which let’s say had been neglected for years. And now it looks brand new I am in shock at how clean it is and what a great job he has done! I will be recommending him to everyone. Extremely professional job, and a lovely bloke. There is no strong smells, or any smell at all and they was no mess around the kitchen. Thank you so much!

OvenGleamers have sent a FURTHER RESPONSE to my review. Why bother???? They just had to dig their heels in again and insist that my complaint is trumped up and they believe the grease was down to a "greased spring" in the oven. 😅😅😅. Hilarious, although it wasn't much fun cleaning the yucky brown grease that was left behind because they didn't seem capable of dismantling the oven doors as promised. Having read their responses to other one star reviews, at least I can see this is their "go-to" mode - self-justification all the way... Anyway, please go away now, you've got my £190 in your bank account, and you shouldn't bother asking for customer feedback if you're not willing to actually LISTEN.

OvenGleamers have now edited their review and removed the 'personal rant' element. They can phrase their justification however they like, but the content doesn't reflect what I told them about the considerable grease left in the insides of both oven door panels (not a "spring" on "one oven door"). I sent them photos of the brown greasy tissues after I'd cleaned the inner door panels, showing one of the inner door panels opened. They obviously think I staged this if they're insisting they did an amazing job. Yes, at a glance, the oven looked shiny and clean - I'm not saying the cleaner sat and did nothing for two hours - and yes, with any future oven cleaners (who won't be OvenGleamers, whom I won't be using again) I will inspect more carefully. However, no one wants to pay £190 for an oven clean and have the previous occupant's brown meaty grease still in their oven, being heated up every time they use their oven. I paid a professional cleaner precisely so they would cover the more tricky parts for the considerable sum received. Apparently, the protocol is you have to ring and re-book the cleaner to come back if you're not satisfied. Mmm....what a faff, I think I'd like it just done right first time, to be honest. You book, maybe wait a week for the cleaner to come.... they're "oven gleamers", that's their job. I didn't anticipate that they wouldn't actually do the job properly and that I'd have to re-book....

I still find the response unprofessional. No real apology - just a "I'm sorry you feel this way, but it's not our fault" sort of response. No indication that they've taken the feedback on board to improve their services in the future.... oh no, wait, that might be admitting they hadn't done a decent job....😅

My ovens were dismantled and both scrubbed out to look very smart! Mick arrived on time, was agreeable and friendly , and worked like a Trojan for one and a half hours. He showed me how to get the fronts off and back on and what products he was using to effect such a good finish!

Looked up oven cleaning services, and gave these guys a ring to see if they provided services in the South West; they did, and booked my appointment!

Mick arrived promptly on the day of the clean, explained what he was going to do, and showed me various parts after cleaning - he did a fantastic job! After an hour and a half, Mick cleaned up, and left no evidence of his visit - he was super professional and was very positive in his manner.

My wife and I are so happy - it's like we have a new oven! I would highly recommend OvenGleamers, especially around the South West!

The engineer, Marco, stripped down my oven & cleaned every part (never been done before with previous cleaners), it really did shine after !

Really easy to book the appointment, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable and Andrew, the chap that carried out the job, was a great guy (he loved our little dogs) and the range is absolutely sparkling! He even fixed the light that had stopped working.

Booking made with ease over the phone - confirmation by text. Danny was our ovengleamer - looked smart very polite. Worked non stop till job complete. Danny went through what had been done - what a transformation. i have a brand new looking double oven. Service was impeccable cannot offer any points on which to improve. Thank you Danny.

Danny was both on time, (if not a few minutes early!) and was from the outset extremely professional and friendly.

We now have a thoroughly clean oven and a great experience. Without question he is welcome back anytime. Very impressed.

2nd time using Ovengleamers, had the pleasure of Andrew this time around, absolutely cracking job, looks brand new, many thanks and will recommend the service.

Made what I was informed was a 'confirmed booking' only to be told the following day that the OvenGleamers employee for my area (Cambridge) did not 'do' work without a designated parking place on the drive of any property where he was working, as without it the distance 'might be too far to walk'. On the basis of the earlier conversation I had gone to great inconvenience and cancelled a days work.

Appalling Company - I would not recommend OvenGleamers to anyone !
