On two occasions I was booked for an oven clean and twice I have been let down at the last minute. I will not use this company in future.

Scam. Booked a clean only to be told in the morning that the cleaner was running late and then a text to say he wasn't going to show. Asked for a refund and told I had to email in to the refund department who would consider this. So far no refund and no response. Don't use.

Sadly after a number of cancellations and rebooks by yourselves we were doubting whether anybody would turn up……..the five stars are for Logan, your cleaner who turned up with a smile on his face and just got on with the job. He was pleasant and did an excellent clean of our dated Rangemaster. Certainly will have him back.

Customers care was good and service excellent. SO19 Steve was brilliant — polite, friendly and left the kitchen squeaky clean. Thank you.

The engineer was punctual and worked continuously from the moment he crossed the threshold. No stops for drinks or toilet breaks. All completed in two hours. The cooker is gleaming. We are especially pleased with the oven interiors and the shelves. We will definitely use your company again.
Communication at every stage of the booking process was excellent.

I was told my appointment would be between 8-10 am, no one arrived, called and was told it would be between 1-4pm and I would receive a call 1/2 hour before, no phone call so I called them to be told he was around the corner. When he finally arrived he was not that friendly. He was gone within the hour. The oven was cleaned well, but the hob and flute where not great. The flute was still sticky and not clean, I had to clean it afterwards. I paid an extra £ 45 for the cleaning of the hob and flute so I'm not happy about that. I will not use this site in the future.

Phil called today to say he was on his way, came and carried out a fantastic job on a well worn oven. Excellent work.

I booked them previously and had a fantastic experience, so I booked them again... There website advises that a single oven clean is £40. Paid the £20 deposit as per the website and thought nothing else if it.

The day before my clean was due, I received a confirmation phone call. In the course of this call I was advised my oven clean would now be £65 as I live above the ground floor... I advised the caller that this was not stated on their website and that I was unwilling to pay an additional £25. I was then advised that I could not be refunded.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that this was not possible. I spoke with customer service who said my clean was on for the next day and would be completed for £40. They were meant to call back and confirm the time. This never happened and still no refund. I am not pursuing them through the bank.

It's only £20, but it's the principle. How much money are they making from scamming people, and relying on them backing down!

I have just moved into my new home and the single oven was left as I thought only fit for the tip but Simon is a saviour, he has cleaned it and it looks like new, i am so greatful.

I booked a PM slot but on the day he arrived at 9.15 am claiming I had requested to be the first call of the day! Not true. I asked if he would come back in the afternoon but later the office phoned to say I would need to book another day and that they do not offer am or pm slots. Cancelled the clean and will go elsewhere. Nor did I get a call the day before with a 3 hour time slot and the person who phoned wasn't great either.

ASH GU4 was amazing, he was quick, polite and got my oven sparkling!

On time, very high standards of work, no mess and a very competitive price.

The person who whom was supposed to come claimed there was no parking space so the job was not done.the company is unreliable in my opinion
