I generally loved the format. I appreciated the energy and the content that Funk Roberts dropped on his page. He really went above and beyond for his students! I just failed miserably on it from day one. It's not Funk's fault at all. He never even managed to sink his nails into me! It takes initiative from both sides and he and the website definitely did their part! I had too many excuses and too many other responsibilities that allowed me to slack off. I'm sure there would have been a way for me to squeeze in more time. But I did spend a lot of time navigating the site initially. All the tools were there to achieve the goal! I couldn't get myself going. I think that's the toughest part.

So, let me be clear: The resources are there on this page. If you have the initiative you can make it happen with this site!

Over 40 alpha is a great program for any man who wants to get into shape. Some programs can seem a bit overwhelming because the instructor doesn't seem like he/she can relate. I can honestly say that Funk Roberts is the real deal. He's doesn't present his program simply from a trainer's standpoint, but he has the knack of walking alongside you. You never feel like you're alone. He makes it a point to express and demonstrate that "we are in this together". One of the best treats is when his wife joins the workouts as well. It was nice seeing them work together and seeing him express his adoration for her. The man not only knows his stuff, he has the experience of having had to figure out a different formula to make his workouts more effective. Over40alpha is the product of his exploration and he is excited about helping other men successfully experience the fruits of his labor.

Sometimes I don't think that I receive the workout that corresponds to the day that I'm on. If I go on the website, I can get the workout, but it doesn't include the warmup or Tabata Abs

Found a lot of the movements difficult to achieve at 57 years oiled with shoulder issues .... good program just not for me ... disappointed that I paid for 1 year membership and don’t use because of pain and my limited flexibility

I love the program and I will become a regular member once my trial membership has expired.

The Funk Roberts program is incredible! Every workout is like working out directly with Funk Roberts. Thus far, in a mere 2 and a 1/2 months, I have lost 27 pounds.
Funk is extremely knowledgeable, caring, supportive, encouraging and an incredibly kind man. I am a member of the brotherhood and truly feel like he is a blood brother!!

Over 40 Alpha is an absolutely excellent program!! I loved it. It’s a very complete program with both weight and bodyweight routines. It will build you up and take you beyond your limits and the follow along videos are so great. I highly recommend it.

Funk Roberts is a FANTASTIC coach. He is also a great motivational force. The information he gives on diet, workouts etc. are spot on and I can trust it because he has done his homework. No FAD or garbage. I can't say enough to encourage any man to get involved with his programs and read his books.

Being part of over 40 alpha has been a blessing. At almost 60 It has helped me with a new positive lifestyle, healthier eating habits,weight loss and an appreciation for who I am as a man. There is nothing like this out there. Not anywhere. Funk gives you the knowledge, the power, and the motivation to succeed. He is with you every step of the way. This is not a course. This is a lifestyle. It doesn’t begin and end. It grows and develops as you do. I would recommend it for every man over 40 ! And beyond!

You have answered all of my questions thus far in a timely manner, thus my 5 star rating. The support and information you provide is outstanding. There are 2 things I would like you too address.

1. One of my buddies wanted to join whom is diabetic. I know you said last week on the zoom call that you are working on a program for them. Just let us know so I can get him linked up with your program.

2. Last week on the zoom call you suggested that we stay away from brown rice. Most of the suggested menus contatain brown rice. Just wanted to point that out.

I have been in Mr. Funk Roberts program for 6 months now, I started in April 2020 and his program has changed my life! Mr Roberts is the real deal: he will coach you out of your comfort zone and inspire you to be the best you can be everyday, he is a most humble, nice and close person you will find. His program covers everything you need for a guy who is over 40 and wants to get control over his weight and his life. You have every kind of workout you´ll ever need and on every format you may need it (PDFs, short videos, long videos, body weight, with dumbells or whatever just name it). This guy is devoted to make a better human being out of you. You have access to a Facebook community to share your experiences with other members of the program and Mr. Funk himself regularly hosts coaching calls for members of the community. Mr Funk program has changed my life in 6 months. I recommend this experience to every man over 40.
