overgrow is filled with a bunch of cannabis breeders who think they control everything and they will sit there and tell you what cannabis you can/cant grow, what cannabis you can/cant breed. they claim they want to spread cannabis genentics but only ever release hybrids and never the parents of hybrids.

Dankmaster here, one of the growers part of original founding crew. Overgrow isn't the same site any longer. It's a "clique" hive mind tribe and they will decide if you're in or out. It's running on a hard stance to not allow any other social sites and paying $40 a month sponsorship is robbery to even promote your own work if you own a domain. They will ask you to PAY! Several growers msg me about not even fitting in and left disenfranchised. They unnecessarily censor speech they don't agree with. Founders are rolling over fr! Admin LJ terminated a PAID subscription 1 week early because I decided not to renew it and gets offended if any comments are made about what's RIGHT. He wants no one to know what he is about. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. Sponsorships, memberships, donations and seed auction fundraising, they're just about getting you to PAY someway and somehow.

Overgrow used to be a good source.

Now the site is run by noobs and trolls who have no idea how to grow.
