Fake US company address phone number everything FAKE....China

I'm in the middle of trying to contact somebody now keep calling the phone number and they keep saying the representatives are busy and for me to leave a message I got a notification that my package was delivered today about three states away from my state I made sure my address was correct in case I messed up for some reason but the delivery address is my address but it was delivered about three states away to just a mailbox. Uptdate: finally received a response I was given the wrong tracking information but got my item finally

Place order three days ago and got it today. I know some of the items come from overseas (i already placed a few orders with them). Items from China took 2.5 weeks to get to my house. Overall i am pleased with the quality and would buy again.

I ordered 3 items from these crooks 3 weeks ago and the web site for over a week is telling me it hasn't even shipped from China yet. I've contacted them a number of times by email (no ability to speak to someone in person)
and have been ignored! This is a scam operation! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Take your business elsewhere. I'm going to call my card company and file a formal complaint to get my money back.

Buyer beware. Ordered “instock” items. Promised to ship WITHIN US in 2 -3 days. Took 7 days for item to Skip From CHINA. It’s been well over a week since shipping notification. Yesterday the package finallly made it to Greenwood Indiana (about 10 miles from my house) tonight it is over 100 miles away in Illinois....a brief glimmer of hope and then it’s gone again. I don’t know if I will EVER get my WAY overpriced items, but I will never order anything from this place again.

Do Not do business here! These Scumbags took my money, didn’t ship product, and wouldn’t provide a refund. I’m at a dead end to get refund. I can only try to educate other people Not to give these parasites there money. Go elsewhere, these shitbags will take u over !!!!!

You may never get an answer to inquiry about order status. Tracking continues to show order in China. Be careful.

Even now their stuff is being brought in from china and they are not telling people!!! Beware shame on them

I emailed the company less than an hour after placing the order. I changed my mind due to price and looking at the reviews of this business. Today, not even 12 hours later. I am told its too late and when it comes ill have to pay to return the product. The product never left the facility. The product is not in a box yet. Severely bad customet service. Oh yeah it took 3 emails to get a response

I have never had to Wait so long for a delivery of a product that I have purchased online. I still haven’t received any information on when it will be shipped or how long it will take, and that was four weeks ago!

I have ordered shoes for my significant other on December 1. I have received maybe 2 updates on shipping saying it was in transit, but no other further communication on them. It is now January 8th, 5 weeks later and still Nothing. I have contacted customer service three times. I’m hoping to get a refund on my shoes, I didn’t anticipate waiting 3 months for them.

I ordered Sept 1st. Received notice it had shipped the 12th. I was told to contact a Rafi . Now today I get another "Shipping" notice say it had shipped once again and not to expect before OCT. I have requested a full refund..we will see. I didn't order expecting a month or 2 shipping.

I am revising my review based on communication from Rafi...he contacted me and began communication with their businesses. Today I received a refund with the promise to keep communication open to secure my shoes. Great end to a unhappy situation.

I ordered quantity 3 solar-powered mosquito zappers on July 4th. 1 was received 18 days later. I contacted the CS dept. and a couple of days later they advised of anther tracking number. I fully charged that first item and over the next week tried unsuccessfully to get it to work. I also observed an error in assembly since the light and grid are supposed to be on the upper face whereas on the item I received both faces to the ground. On July 27th a package arrived, presumably containing the missing items. I have not opened that package since my experience with their CS, defective product and poor QC caused me to request a return. That was submitted July 29th I was advised that because the 30 day window for refund had elapsed I could not get a refund. Apparently they are a failure in math as well. My advice is to give this company a wide berth if they treat other customers as they treated me they will not survive

Very pleased with purchase--exactly as pictured and described; speed of delivery is pretty good particularly considering the item comes from the other side of the world. Price--excellent. Only complaint, when receiving notifications, the notice does not say what the product is; I had 2 purchases from OverHalfSale and never knew which the notice was referring to.

Missed Christmas delivery, so I gave it to my son on his birthday - Jan 12th. It was just way too big. So I put it in a Bad Santa gag gift and a big man got it and is thrilled!

Prompt delivery, no problems.
