We are continually improving our billing system to deliver a great user experience.

As a reminder, and as indicated in our general terms and conditions of service, when placing an order, an identity verification may take place with our account security team: https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/terms-and-conditions/contracts/

The order can therefore be canceled by our service in charge of order validation, if your customer account information is incomplete or non-compliant.

Please check this information and update it (full name and surname, a full and accurate mailing address) before placing a new order.

The information must also correspond to the information of the payment method holder.

If the information is correct, new orders will be issued as soon as possible.

I can assure you that when you cancel an order, we do not make any payments.

If you see a "bank pre-authorization" (reservation of the amount by the bank) on your payment card, it will expire within a period of "9 to 14 days" from the date your order was placed.

We're sorry, we can't take action on these bank deadlines and I invite you to check with your bank for this part, so that the bank deletes this information from your bank account more quickly.

We are sorry to receive such feedback. During a transfer of domain name, the changes to the DNS record may be temporarily suspended while the transfer is completed.

At OVHcloud, we make every effort to assist you in all your needs.

By transferring your domain name to us, it has been renewed for an additional year. As you requested a refund, this one has been made. Then the domain name is automatically suspended since the amount allocated for its renewal has been refunded to you.

We are sending your ticket back to the Claims team for a second analysis.

Hello Alessio,
Thank you for giving us your feedback via TrustPilot and we are sorry for the inconvenience encountered.

As mentioned by our agent you need to follow the procedure to free up space in your database and reactivate it. This can be done by deleting tables via phpMyAdmin or by upgrading your hosting plan to increase the database space.

In "readonly" mode you can't modify but you can delete tables : https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm/en-web-hosting-database-overquota?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0056171

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue.
