This is my very first experience with tuning forks so I can’t really speak to the quality. But I was glad to find a set I could afford that seemed decent quality.
I was first off glad I actually got the forks and it wasn’t a scam.
I do struggle with any level of consistency in my life but I’m certain the forks helped with some chronic pain I was having. It’s not gone but it’s significantly reduced.
I’m still learning and working on consistency but I’m glad I bought these as part of my toolbox.
