Did not receive my full order. They are not what I expected. Cheap, generic advent calendar that I paid $45 each for. Temu version of an advent calendar for $45 each! Still missing two. Have asked for refund. Wasn’t able to track the order. Ordered 10/18/2025. Customer support signed by “Emily.” Was completely scammed and this “store” was marketed on Facebook. I’ve already contacted Facebook as well.

I ordered (3) advent calendars on Oct 2, paid a lot of money, received (1) a month later, multiple emails, requested refund. Tomorrow is Dec 1 promises of delivery still with 10% refund. I do not recommend this company. I am getting complete run around with no expectations of receiving remaining product or refund. It was my error that I didn’t research more.

I never received my order and have submitted several requests with customer service for a full refund. Every response I get from "Emily" is that they are working with shipping to locate my order, which I placed over 30 days ago. This company is a complete SCAM! Do NOT order anything.

My son plays soccer all year round and fell in love with a pair of Nike cleats in store but he needed a bigger size I could only find online. I had never heard of Owl Ohh but I jumped on Trust Pilot to make sure it was a legit site so I didn't get scammed. There were plenty of bad experiences with orders never arriving or poor quality products/fit on unbranded items but no one mentioned anything about name brand knock-offs. I ordered the cleats and they arrived quickly to the site's credit. They also look authentic and come in an authentic box with identical product numbers, labeling etc. just like the real Nike ones on all the US e-commerce sites. However, as soon as my son tried them on he knew there was something off with the toe box, the shoe material and overall fit which he claimed was much different than the cleats he tried on in-store (though the bigger size he needed was fine). At the time I was disappointed but thought he was perhaps not remembering the cleats he tried on--teenagers can be dramatic after all. Either way, cleats that don't fit well are non-negotiable for any player so I emailed customer service and requested to return them. The request was denied within 2 days so fast response there, but to my surprise, the exact customer service language was "Our product is not real after all, and some styles may have some differences in details from the real product."

Umm...hello? Where does it say THAT on the site? Nowhere. The site is set up to deceive consumers and I wish someone had noted that in the reviews I read before I purchased. I could have saved myself a lot of hassle and time. Ultimately, this is blatant IP theft and misrepresentation. After many months I did receive a full refund but only because I opened up a credit card dispute and spent a lot of time documenting the ordeal to get my $170 back (btw I thought knockoffs were supposed to be cheap?!). I'll give them this--these fake Nike cleats are beautiful with holographic bottoms and intricate details like the real Nike ones--but they are knock-offs nonetheless. Don't make the same mistake I did. Buy elsewhere if authenticity and fit matter more than the logo.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service. They will not allow an even exchange. Their sizing is entirely INACCURATE. Don't take a chance. I wish I would have bought elsewhere.

Outre le fait qu’il n’est pas facile de savoir le statut du colis, que l’emballage laissé à désirer (on est clairement sur de l’emballage type sac poubelle de Temu ou AliExpress, ce qui ne garantit absolument pas que le vêtement arrive en bon état)…
Les vêtements en eux-mêmes sont d’une qualité médiocre. Le tissu est fin et cheap, et l’impression c’est juste du jamais vu : on voit les pixels sur les t-shirts. Le rendu est moche, importable, on dirait de la contrefaçon de contrefaçon.
Pour un prix absolument exorbitant et aucune vraie possibilité de renvoi, car la politique de retour est plus que stricte. À moins de le recevoir déchiré, pas moyen d’obtenir remboursement.

Shipping was very slow - so slow I missed receveing it in time for the event I ordered it for. Then they sent the wrong item. I had to send pictures of the wrong item and shipping labels for them to consider a refund. They wouldn't refund the entire shipping (or half) but only $3 since it was a "second item". The quality is questionable of the shirts and shorts as well. Just be careful and know what you're getting into if you use them.

Customer service is quick to respond and the products are comfortable and the designs are unique, bright and colorful.

So happy with my Owl Ohh purchase. Wide variety of selections and sizes. There is something for everyone on this site. Best part is the patterns, which are unique and the shirt material is super comfortable.

I've place many an order with this company. The shirts are good quality and the customer service has been top notch.

If I had read the bad reviews before ordering with Owl Ohh, I wouldn't have ordered because they are all true.

1. Owl Ohh won't let you return an item without them approving it via email. But they won't reply to return requests. They haven't replied to 6 of the 7 emails I sent them in the last 2 months. The only email they replied to was when they asked to charge me additional money because their shipping was taking too long. The other emails, asking for a refund, have all been ignored.

2.The expedited shipping took a month to deliver and came way too late.

3. The thin material of the so-called sweatshirts is more like a shirt than a sweatshirt.

4. Their sizing is completely off. The kid's sizes were too big and most of the adults were way too small.

5. I have to guess the positive reviews are fake especially seeing that most of them have only reviewed this one business. It's also the only reviews Owl Ohh have responded to.

Everyone should take note that Owl Ohh has not denied any of the claims from the negative reviews. It goes to show the truth.

So if you're fine with poor quality, no customer service, slow shipping, and a website that lies about it's returns, then go ahead.
