After selling me the account ,they didnt beleive it was red factor & started asking me / questioning me about if i have used any hacking software on the account which it was so wrong... as i didnt even got time to log and play as due to red trust factor you cant find a game!!!

Genuine and admin helps genuinely. recommened.

I spend 350 dollars for an account. Did not get any info details nor the account. All i got was a thank you for your purchase.
I contacted support. They blocked me from the chat. Then said they tried to send me the details 3 times. Its a lie. I did not get anything. They said i have to wait 12-48 hours for an admin to send me the details personally. Im still waiting.
Please be careful with your money. I dont know why it has some good reviews here, but they totally scammed me. No refund or whatsoever. (EDIT: i do know why; many of their 5 Star ratings are simply bought ratings not own experience)
I will report this to the police.

Most unproffesional website ever. I was never offered a solution.
They told me its the "first time" this happened.

UPDATE: NO i did not take any account. go recover a non existing account. These guys are scammers. I NEVER got an email with any account, NEVER. now they try to make it look like they delivered the account + refunded me. They did none of that. But no worries, I already set up a report.

UPDATE 04.08.23: I was never refunded anything and it has been a week. Misteriously the whole website dissapeared and there is no way of contacting them anymore.
I wont ever see this money again.

Update 08.08.23: Very funny you tell me to contact you via email, but my emails get ignored. I do not get any answer from you. But it doesnt surprise me anymore because its obv you are scammers. It has been 8 workdays since you "officially" issued the charge back to my account and yet after 8 workdays the money is still not here. I wonder why? You gonna tell me to wait more? Probably. You never refund anything, same as you never send any email with account details. Please guys do never shop on this website. Dont give this scammers anything.

Update 10.08.23: Officially 2 Weeks since they claimed they "refunded" me the money. They said it would take 5-6 business days but it has been 10 days already. I have received nothing. They answered my email with an "I will look into it and come back to you later", never got any reply more.

Edit 24.08.23: Of course, after almost a month, I still have not gotten any refund. Because they will never refund, i am already with a lawyer on this topic and they just replied very vulgary and umproffesionally to the lawyer that the refund was not issued. So they are just lying. Funniest of all, they did flaf my review here to get it deleted, but i provided all the proof.
I will get my money back, mark my words. I was also already at police, its not so easy to report them because they dont even have an exact address on their website (red flag for scammers) but we are on it.
Stripe was also contacted and they are investigating the company and will take the needed actions.

I bought from their site a V.I.P CSGO Steam account on 01/15/2023 for over $500. Before buying the account I asked them if the account comes with first email. They said it comes with everything just go ahead and buy the account, the first email will be provided after 180 days of purchase. I contacted them on their live chat on 07/15/2023 for the first email delivery, they said it should be automatically delivered via email after 180 days. I checked my email and I did not see anything, so I contacted them a few more times. Each time they always say they have created for me a support ticket, and an admin will speak to me shortly. However, I waited over 10 days and no one tried to contact me . The last time I spoke to them, they admitted they don't have my account's first email. They said they will try to recover the email but won't be sure how long it would takes. At this point I know the seller lied to me. They made me wait for 180 days so I cannot dispute their fraudulent charge with the bank anymore.

Buying a Steam account without first email is very risky to invest in. All your skins and items can be lost if the original owner revoke the account, or if it got hijacked. I was wise not to buy any skin for my account because original owner can revoke my account and steal my investment. Is it not worth the risk of buying CSGO account. I have seen some people in the reviews below ran into this problem. Please create your own account. It is safer than buying from this site. Please stop supporting these scammers by stop buying their accounts. Now I'm stuck with an account which I cannot invest or resell.

UPDATE 1: They claim that they have sent me my steam account's first email. In reality they DID NOT send me anything. Before I have my Steam account delivered, they asked me to provide my own email so they can change the account's email into mine without giving me any details of the account's previous email. One thing really funny is that they keep telling me to contact them via email, but they haven't responded to my email which I sent them since July 16 2023, and another email since March 2023.

UPDATE 2: They tried flagging my review to get it taken down, but too bad I have sent the proof of purchase to Trustpilot. This is my one and only review. It's August 31, 2023 and I still don't get any response from Ownasmurf about my account's first email. Please stop buying account from these scammers for your own good.

Ordered an Account because of the Instant Delivery. Took around 3 1/2 Hours till I received the Account, only to find out it got Overwatch Banned 2 Weeks ago.

Got an Exchange Account, took pretty long time.

Instant Delivery was in 5min but for some reason that mail landed in spam folder,
Received a credential mail but the password for mail was incorrect, i've tried to contact them via Chat and Mail but still no reply, after a while i got a respond that i have to log on different site for the mail which means that some instruction are not clear for new clients

Anyways its legit and i did not get scammed

At the beginning there were a few problems because certain information was not automatically sent to me. After a short time, however, I was helped immediately via the live chat and everything is as it should be. Very good experience - gladly again!
