The website made it very easy to make a donation to this much needed charity.

Every year I give 2 goats in memory of my brother-in-law. Because of Covid, this year I also gave 5 gifts of soap. Oxfam always makes the experience easy. The cards that go out to my inlaws making them aware of the gifts are cute. I feel good about spending my Christmas dollars on something useful instead of something trite. Win-Win!

They made it easy, even though I ordered on an IOS device and printed out the card on a PC. The picture was cute and the message both witty and appropriate for a wide range.

Very happy with the choice of price levels for gifts! I bought a goat for my minimalist son (he will appreciate this gift instead of something he won't use), a chicken for my other son, and a packet of seeds for my husband's Christmas stocking. Perfect! This is a wonderful way to buy gifts, especially for hard-to-buy-for people.

I love the product. However, the website is very difficult to navigate. Both my partner and I have tried (separately) to find out way to making a gift donation, and print out a card for the recipient. I finally figured out how to tell my daughter I was gifting her a Forest, but it took way too long.

It is also somewhat misleading that you have all these adorable cards indicating that the funds will go for a forest, or clean water, or some chickens -- when the small print warns that all the funds go into a common pool, to be allocated regardless of donor wishes, to whatever the central management deems appropriate. I recognize that this may make the most sense organizationally, but it's a compromising position for donors.

Website was very easy to use.The final PDF was not as easy due to the card being sideways (no PDF edit to turn image in free adobe version). Oxfam is a great organization and I was happy to donate to it.

I bought this is a memorial gift for a little boy who passed away. It took several tries to complete the process of purchasing the goat; it wouldn't work at all using the mobile website, I had to use your regular website. Unfortunately, when I finally was successful in making the purchase, the eCard I sent to the family did not go through. I could tell that it didn't when I received my confirmation email, and when I asked them, I was right, it didn't. So I had to awkwardly explain my gift rather than them receiving the eCard and link from you. I am glad I made the purchase because the point was to help someone in need, but your website needs some work.

Easy, simple, effective and thoughtful UX throughout the site and donation process. Highly recommended.

Please bring back mailed cards. I appreciate your desire to reduce environmental impacts and funnel as much of each gift as possible towards people in need, but Oxfam Unwrapped options are designed to be given as gifts, and an e-card or grayscale printed paper aren’t as substantial for the recipient. If you can justify mailing newsletters, donor records and donation requests, I would like to see you bring back the option of mailed cards.

I was thrilled to be able to make a donation at Christmas time, but I did have a little bit of trouble navigating the donation form.

Every year for several years, we have given several folks a mixed selection of Oxfam gifts. We are grateful that Oxfam makes it possible to help people become self sufficient, to have a better life and greater opportunity than they might otherwise. As an online shopper, I do find it tedious to have to complete a new order each time I give more than one gift to one person. And it's odd to email three or four cards to the same person, one for bees, one for a goat, one for a farmers market....if Oxfam could make their online ordering more convenient, it would be very appreciated. Thank you, regardless of this one issue, these are the best gifts anyone could give.

I wish Oxfam was still sending cards via the Post Office: it provided a much clearer gift message to the recipient.

Very easy to navigate website interface, and donation process was simple. I recognize that Oxfam views these donations as fungible, but I still wish there were a way to link my donations to a particular recipient scenario (country destination, for instance). I'm trying to educate my grandchildren on philanthropy, and a closer connection would help the exercise become more instructive to them.

I'm so glad this type of gifting exists. It made it so easy to help others while at the same time letting my fiance, who needs nothing else, share in the spirit of helping others. Thank you
