An application was made for my son to study diploma in adult social care at Oxford international sometime in late April, I made payment of £7000 for my son's Student ID - 1115826, at Oxford International Education Group tuition fee on the 3rd of June through FLYWIRE, due to UK Government published a Statement of Changes to the Immigration Rules on Tuesday July 1st 2025, which included within it changes to the Skilled Worker visa route, which may have implications on any potential future post-study plans. due to this publication, I have to withdraw the application and search for alternative option, a refund form was completed on the 19th of July in which the institution delayed the refund process, after continuous call and email, I was told that a refund of £7000 was process by the institution on the 25th of September 2025, but I have not received this money back into my account till this moment. The institution has refused to pick up my call or respond to any of my emails.
I urge the public to be very careful about this organisation.
