Don't get into trap by seeing the name "Oxford" it has nothing to do with Oxford university.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been chasing my certificate that I paid almost £100 for, for over 5 months to no avail. Emails either get ignored completely or I have had to chase and chase only to receive a generic response with a dispatch timescale that's long been and gone. They are now also ignoring my requests on how to obtain a refund.

In terms of the content itself - my colleague and I were enrolled in totally different courses at the same time, and we received identical, generic and very brief feedback from the same "tutor" for each of our assignments. Seems possibly AI generated and not worth salt...

Don't bother wasting your time or your money. Awful experience and an even worse company.

The course refresh my past experience from my study marketing.

The study material available is very brief but covers all the aspects of the course. OHSC playing a very good role to make the untouched parts available in their courses.

Honstely people dont bother. They are a complete waste of time and effort.
I have contacted them via 'student support', and their own 'contact us' but to no avail.

Scam site and misleading information I took there food safety short course online passed it but there no way on there site to get your CV certification and if you try to contact customer service the website will crash say the page no longer exist I consider this site is a publishing scam.

poor communication and customer service

I have completed a few courses and received the qualification I required for career progression. I choose this company because of the cheap price and that I could complete the course online and quickly. However, I dont think the administration of courses purchased is efficient as whenever I purchased a course and a certificate I received an email asking what the payment was for, it looks like the links on the courses are not connected, so a lot of going back and forth. There can be delays on comms from Oxford home study or they just don’t answer you. The website is also very slow to access. Personally I am happy with the qualifications I received, but if I wanted to study anything further I will be looking elsewhere.

I have been trying to reach Oxford Home Study College for my certificate but nobody is replying for the past 72hrs..

I wanted from a long time to take a course on creative writing because I am a freelance published author and this course really offered me superb ideas and a lot of knew knowledge in the field of writing and creativity. It is really wonderful and insightful course. I am so happy I have enrolled in.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They should try taking some of their own courses in it.

Despite numerous attempts to contact then, not even an acknowledgment.

Everything about this company screams SCAM.
