When I started my first course Advanced Diploma in Construction Level 5 I entered an an interview for a senior post for Marondera University for a post of Construction Supervisor and because of this certificate I got this job . The course improved me in managing construction projects in all areas including Human Resources Management , Procurement and Quality Management also meeting targets . Now that I have attained this Level 7 my contribution to the running of the projects will be immense .

Easy and precise information

I really enjoyed the HR Management course. The material was to the point, while also leaving room to extra research. I found the content to be up-to-date and relevant. Because of the clear instruction in the assignments I didn't feel the need to contact the Tutor for support and felt that the feedback provided on the assignments very helpful. One of the most interesting courses I ever took, I had watched videos on cyber security contents before now, so I was not so cool with the reading.

I am grateful I did read the pdf material now, because it opened me up to somethings I'll just ignore.

It's 4/5 start because of the assessment, it's easy to cheat. 🤦🏾‍♂️
