From when we made our first call to find out how an iron infusion works, to the day of the appointment, my husband and I received nothing but kindness, respect and assurance that we were receiving help from knowledgeable staff- Drs and Nurses alike.

The consultation was very thorough and expectations set about the procedure, process and when I'd be seen to have an infusion. It took a few days to be booked in after the consultation which was imperative for me as I needed an infusion ASAP.

I was seen in a timely fashion by the team of two lovely nurses and Dr Pavord during the infusion, and was given information on aftercare which I'm applying and is helping a whole lot.

It has been only a few days and I can feel an improvement and my husband has also seen it too!

I'd recommend the Oxford Iron Clinic to anyone who needs support with their iron deficiency/anaemia - you'll be in safe hands!

Excellent service, friendly, compassionate and understanding. I had a video consult first - much easier than trying to attend an appointment - and then the infusion at the hospital which went very smoothly. No waiting around, and Daniela's kindness, caring and experience meant it was relaxing and pain free. I would absolutely use this service again

Great turnaround time for queries, James very swiftly arranged a consultation with Dr Susudu (lovely and great consultation experience!) who kindly arranged for the appropriate treatment. On the day of the infusion, I was seen timely by Dr Imali and Sayma who both really took care of my needs and queries surrounding the infusion. All was administered very well and to plan, with extra care taken to ensure I was comfortable; I left the clinic feeling uplifted. Very grateful for the clinic, many thanks to Dr Pavord and her team, would recommend for sure! :)

Had an excellent experience with Dr Pavord and her team. The process was extremely efficient, staff was lovely and knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to go get an infusion again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands!

It was my first time having an iron infusion so I was a little nervous, Sayma reassured me I was in safe hands and made me feel totally at ease, she explained everything that was happening and she was really gentle, I hardly felt a thing !! I felt she was very thorough, professional and kind.

Superb service from The Oxford Iron Clinic. I telephoned one day and had a virtual consultation the next. Dr Pavord was excellent - she is down-to-earth and approachable, she listened to my concerns and took them on board, reassured me and gave me good advice. Could not have asked for more.

Iron injusion with Dr Pavord and her team. Excellent experience from start to finish, good communication and quick appointment time. We were seen the same week as the initial enquiry. We were seen precisely at the appointment time and the procedure went smoothly and painlessly under the scrutiny of the team who were compassionate and professional throughout.

Thank you for such an efficient and expert turnaround of the diagnosis and treatment of my low iron condition. I feel better all round and invigorated both at work and the gym. My energy levels have certainly been topped up!
