Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, constantly missing collections and after two years of leaving my bins in the same spot they have decided they cannot collected them from that spot due to insurance policies.

Our commitment to ensuring the safety of both our customers and our team has led us to make adjustments to our collection processes and with that, a change in your collection spot. We understand that this change may be inconvenient, and we apologise for any inconvenience it has caused.

Uncollected bin
First of all the phone was answered quickly, no long delays listening to music or repeated messages!
Then Pauline who answered my call was most pleasant and assured me she would resolve the issue of a bin that wasn't emptied. I received a return call within an hour and the bin was emptied,as promised, within 24hrs!
