I ordered a steel Guardian cage and love it. There was one issue. The ring was just a bit too small (my fault for ordering the wrong one). I followed up and ordered a larger ring separately. Here came the issue. The 'prongs' on the cage didn't fit the larger ring. I contacted the company and advised them of the issue and initially they offered a replacement ring, which I was skeptical on. To my surprise and delight, they decided to replace the entire cage WITH the larger ring. Wow. THAT'S customer service and making sure to do right for your customer. I am impressed by that level of commitment to customer satisfaction, and I'm happy to say that I'll be a customer for life.

Sous couvert d'un marketing soigné et de prix premium, cette boutique n'est en réalité qu'une vitrine de dropshipping qui revend des produits chinois bas de gamme. Après avoir audité plusieurs de leurs articles, voici les faits :

Tromperie sur l'acier et Test de l'aimant : Leurs cages sont vendues comme étant en "acier chirurgical 316L hypoallergénique". C'est faux. J'ai effectué le test de l'aimant, et le métal réagit fortement. C'est la preuve absolue qu'il s'agit d'un alliage ferreux bon marché, sujet à l'oxydation, et dont le polissage industriel bâclé (bavures, résidus de pâte toxique) provoque des brûlures de friction cutanées.

Faux silicone médical : Leurs accessoires prétendument en "silicone médical" sont en fait du simple TPE/TPR. C'est un matériau chinois poreux, impossible à stériliser, qui se transforme en nid à bactéries et libère des perturbateurs chimiques au contact des muqueuses. Un danger sanitaire.

Délais interminables et Ghosting total : Les livraisons sont extrêmement longues (expédition directe de Chine). Mais le plus inacceptable reste leur absence de responsabilité. Suite à mes analyses sur la dangerosité de leurs métaux, j'ai posé des questions techniques précises. Malgré mes très nombreux rappels et relances, le service client a purement et simplement cessé de répondre.

Ils encaissent votre argent au prix fort pour de la quincaillerie dangereuse d'AliExpress, et font les morts dès que vous exigez une sécurité biomécanique élémentaire. Si vous tenez à l'intégrité de votre peau, fuyez.

Op 11 febr. een bestelling geplaatst. Vandaag (22.02.26) zie ik op hun website dat sinds 13 feb. vermeld staat "wij zijn uw bestelling aan het voorbereiden". Vind ik helemaal niet normaal dat het zo lang duurt om een bestelling te verzenden. Eindelijk ontvangen op 10.03.268
