The whole team is a pleasure to deal with. They are very quick to address any issues that may occur and resolve those issues quickly.
They communicate very well and do there best to see all parties involved in a tenancy are treated fairly

Agents are helpful and caring, and I highly recommend them.

I have been with Oxygen Property for only a few months and these few months Joanne Marshall has been such an awesome property manager. Any issues that I had with the property she got right to it very quickly. I would definitely recommend Oxygen Property. Thank you for always doing your best for myself and my family.

Was easy to talk to about anything going on in the home that may need attending to and quick to mitigate. Always fast reply on emails. Overall great experience. Thank you.

Always good feedback and fast support if needed by Sandy. 😊

Anna goes out of her way to look after my two properties and to keep me well informed.
As I have to be out of NZ at times I am confidant that I can go away and Anna will go out of her way to make sure that the properties are safe.
I am very grateful to her for giving me sound advice about all rental matters.

The main door lock of our flat was not working and can’t get in. Tina who is my PM is very helpful in sorting someone to fix within the day. Very reliable and helpful.

They always help us and do things that we asked to do.

Always friendly and very courteous. Addresses and issues promptly. Makes me feel like I am a home owner, not a renter. Goes above and beyond to help and make things easier for my family and I. Much respect and praise to Michelle, for being such a understanding, helpful and OUTSTANDING Property Manager. Thanks Oxygen, keep up the awesome work
