We aim to provide full ingredient information for all products, and we apologise if this was not easily accessible due to a technical issue with the image not loading on your browser. That is certainly not the experience we want customers to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so it can be reviewed.

Regarding maltodextrin, it is a commonly used ingredient in many sports and performance supplements for specific functional reasons, such as absorption and texture. That said, we understand that some customers choose to avoid it for personal or health-related reasons, and clear disclosure is important in helping customers make informed decisions.

As the product itself was not faulty, the return was handled under our standard change-of-mind policy, which is why store credit was offered. However, we acknowledge your feedback around accessibility and will take it on board as we continue to improve our online experience.

Despite the tone and the challenges in communication we received from you, we still sent you a full replacement box at no cost, as a goodwill gesture, even though you had not opted into our Easy Protection policy, which covers such scenarios.
