They charged my credit card but never provided login details. No customer support as well. Don’t fall into their trap. This is a fake company

Sorry to give one star, I couldn't give 0 stars.
Paid for 12 months, was deactivated after 1 months.
12 mails and several WhatsApp messages resulted in no help or correction of my purchase.

C'est des voleurs rien de plus!!!!
J'ai payé 1 abonnement pour 1 an et j'ai jamais reçu les codes.
Multitude de messages par mail ou wattsapp et jamais eu de réponse!!!

It's a scam, there's no technical support and they don't meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Avoid this service, it's terrible.

(OXYRA TV.com) I've purchased a 3 month subscription from 11/02/26 - 11/05 /26 and recieve 1 month not 3 months when I WhatsApp them they said that it will update automatically on the 11.03.26 it went off line I tried to get in touch by Email and WhatsApp with no response since the 11.03.26 they are dirty scamming little bastard's but then we are British and they need the money more than us,I spent £24.54 for the privilege but I'm going to put this down to experience and I'm going to inform my bank about this to try and recover my money have a good day people Mr W Caracus.

J’ai payé pour 1 an j’ai reçu 6mois c’est une belle arnaque.

Don’t waste your money on this shit, they have horrible support the only response I got was credentials, since then they didn't respond to any message on whatsapp or even email, curiously I was asking only for a channel list update.

Finally I canceled the transaction because they didn't also respond to me when I asked for money back.

Paid for a month but haven't received confirmation nor log in credentials. Looks like scam.
