Bad bad bad bad customer service and SCAM!!! avoid at all cost! I have ordered a netflix gift card from them and 5 hours later It still hasn't been provided! Support team are just clueless!!!

Warning, SCAM! And terrible support.
I had tried to buy turkish Xbox Live funds using crypto.
First, the payment for the order failed. Live support asked me to manually transfer the money as a payment and they would credit it to my account. This appeared to work but they did not deliver the codes.
Every day, the Live support would claim that the codes will come in today, just wait a little. This went on for 2 weeks.
I then requested a refund of my money. Live support canceled my order but did not refund the money.
Do NOT order there.

I bought a Netflix gift card with 100 TL but in Netflix I got only 50 TL topped up.
I contacted the support, but since one week no reply. The Live support tells me only that I should contact the support.
That's fraught.
