You wrote your instructions and they dont follow it but they will not give you a full refund and put the blam back on you. Just make sure you copy all the message and lodge a dispute with you your credit card provider but also put in the message that you have given a demand of 3 days to refund your money.
As you can prove that they have taken the job it is a contract that they will deliver on your instructions and when it is not meet it is breach of the contract. My bank reviewed all the information that i sent to them but have to wait the 3 days now before they take over of the refund to get my money back. Again really important to have all the messages for the bank and forward the screen shoot as they will help your bank to get your refund to chase them up.
