They do not deliver preorders on the release date. They also have ridiculous shipping times for a company trying to masquerade as an Australian business as they are in actuality based in the UK...
Edit; Does Anyone notice how the response assumed that I was solely pissed about a pre-order? I wasn't. I however am more upset by this crap bag company being on the Australian market places I personally haven't visited their stupid pommie website in 10 years when they screwed my midnight release cd key preorder by delaying the release on their end for 5 days.

Hi Richard,
I understand its frustating not receiving a pre-order on release date however as clearly stated on our website this is something we do not gurantee;
Pre-orders have a strict 'street date' preventing early delivery but are dispatched as soon as we receive the stock - this is usually on or just before the stated release date.
In regards to our shipping times as you'll see on our website we do state that all items are shipped from the UK therefore our current estimated delivery timeframe at 7-10 workings is the correct period for parcels to arrive from the UK to Australia.

My item was never dispatched
My item was not dispatched as should have been (48 hours for physical items). I gave up waiting after 7 working days. Item was supposed to arrive on time for a bday (which I missed). I end up finding another place that would deliver faster.

Good prices BUT shocking delivery + communication/contact. DO NOT USE THEM
Good prices BUT it takes forever to get your item of purchase. We bought two items, 18/1/22) one was dispatched (supposedly) next day. It arrived 11/2/22. The other part of the order was supposedly being dispatched 9 Feb 22 (after being ordered 18/1/22)????? Who knows when we would have received our purchase, which was a birthday gift! Tried multiple times to contact them using their supposed 1800 number however it never answers. No ring tone, nothing. Then we emailed them - no answer. We also used the 'contact us' page in their website - useless. Eventually, we got them by messaging (mobile phone) their UK phone number. Got an apologetic reply. TOO LATE! Item supposedly being dispatched 9/2/22 CANCELLED. Purchased the same goods from a Queensland seller, slightly more in price (only few dollars) and received both items in three days (ordered 8/2/22 received 10/2/22 - GD Games). GD Games very quick to communicate/reply and post. Leave Ozgameshop for UK people and use GD Games for Australia. That's my recommendation. Not happy Ozgameshop!!!!

Have been using OzGameShop since 2011. They always have competitive prices, and I’ve never had a problem receiving my game in a reasonable time given where it’s shipping from.
