Two months ago, I had liposuction and a BBL surgery with Dr. Özge. We had agreed on my back, waist, and abdomen as the treatment areas. Unfortunately, they forgot to perform liposuction on my back during the first surgery, so I had to undergo a revision only one month later. I had to go under anesthesia again simply because an entire area was forgotten.

I also ended up with a huge dent in the middle of my buttocks, and the final result looks nothing like what was promised before the surgery. Every time I went for a follow-up and mentioned a problem, I was given dismissive and vague answers. Although the doctor spoke politely, she constantly avoided giving clear responses to my questions.

At this point, I feel so unhappy with my appearance that I can barely look at myself in the mirror. I deeply regret choosing this clinic. I wish I had stretched my budget a little more and gone to a more experienced and trustworthy surgeon.

Before the operation, I was told that at least 800cc of fat would be injected into each side of my buttocks. However, in total, only 500cc was injected into both sides combined. There is also obvious asymmetry in both my buttocks and hip areas.

Perhaps if the back liposuction had not been forgotten, more fat could have been harvested and transferred to my buttocks. Because I kept receiving dismissive and unsupported explanations regarding every complication, I had to pay for consultations with several other surgeons. Every single one of them told me that this was an unsuccessful surgical result and that I would need revision surgery.

I truly regret this experience.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Özge Ergün and overall it was a very good experience. The process was clear from the beginning and there were no surprises. The result looks natural and fits my face well. I’m satisfied.

I had a good experience with Dr. Ozge Ergun. The doctor and the team were attentive and supportive throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well-informed before the procedure. The hospital staff was helpful, and the overall organization of the surgery went smoothly. I appreciated the care and effort provided during my treatment.

Dr. Ozge Ergun is very dangerous. If you want the surgery from Mr. Ozge, you should be very attentive.
The doctor uses very cheap materials and a hospital for surgery for a lot of gain for him.

Unfortunately, it does not deliver an excellent experience in meeting expectations.

This doctor is the Best!!! Great staff excellent friendly service beautiful natural results. I recommend 100%!!! Has a few surgeries with Dr Ergun and referred so many people. Thank you, you guys are amazing!

Very bad experience I wouldn’t recommend.

I highly advise caution when considering this clinic for your medical needs. My experience with Dr. Ergun was deeply disappointing. I underwent jaw implant surgery on March 20th, and shortly afterward, I noticed complications. It became evident that there was an issue with the stitches, causing pus and fluid to leak from my mouth.

Unfortunately, Dr. Ergun did not take the necessary measures to address this issue promptly. When I expressed my concerns, he dismissed them as normal post-surgery symptoms, advising against seeking further medical attention back in Germany, where I reside.

However, upon returning to Germany and seeking immediate medical care, it became clear that I had a severe infection that required immediate hospitalization and intensive antibiotic therapy. The medical professionals in Germany not only confirmed the infection but also discovered clear signs of it through testing.

Dr. Ergun’s handling of my case was irresponsible, and it could have had life-threatening consequences. He recommended keeping the infected implant in my face, even though it posed a significant risk to my health. Thankfully, I had it removed promptly.

Moreover, Dr. Ergun’s lack of responsibility extended to the financial aspect as well. Despite promising a refund and receiving all necessary documentation, he has not followed through. He has shown a blatant disregard for my well-being and financial fairness.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking medical care at this clinic. Dr. Ergun’s actions, both in terms of medical treatment and financial responsibility, have been deeply concerning. It is crucial to consider your safety and well-being when choosing a healthcare provider.
