Just had the best brunch at ozone old street, the food was super good and the staff were super helpful with all our dietary requirements. Thanks also for taking the time to explain all the coffee options, all our choices were amazing and it was just a really nice experience

Delicious coffee with layers of flavour and good descriptions on the packet. We buy through subscription and it’s delivered weekly through the post ready for our weekend coffee splurge. I’m reassured that it’s responsibly sourced and am pleased to be able to support an independent company.

Ordered from Ozone for the first time and it won't be my last! Fast dispatch, arrived the next day and really delicious coffee! I'm very fussy with my coffee and have tried so many brands. I went for the Bolivian blend and am really impressed. Medium ground is perfect for my chemex. Thanks Ozone!

I've been buying coffee from Hasbean for about 15 or so years. In the last few months, they've announced that:
- years ago they were acquired by Ozone, but didn't bother to tell anyone at the time.
- reduced the size of the bags of coffee to 220g using the excuse that "others are doing it too, so we're going to"
- announced that they're ditching the Hasbean brand and will become Ozone.
I'm guessing that explains why they shrunk the bags, they just didn't want to admit why at the time.

Sadly it's time to move on and find a new supplier.

Visited Ozone Coffee on Ludgate Hill this morning. £4.00 for a tiny, average quality coffee, def not worth the price.
The Pret across the road was packed so I decided to try this smaller shop and there were only a couple of people waiting.
I then had to wait 10 mins for the coffee to be served. No wonder people visit the Pret instead, lots of people waiting to be served at 8.50 - trying to get to work and one server making the coffee and other not doing much to help. The server who took the order was busy drinking his own coffee which I have no problem with but not while customers are waiting. Poor experience overall. Won’t be returning, sorry.

1. They don't accept returns for roasted coffee, either ground or whole beans.
2. Due to a bug on their website I accidentally ordered ground coffee instead of whole beans, they did not accept the bug and then refused to refund £8! Such a disappointing customer experience.

I've worked for a speciality coffee company which made good coffee. I've tried lots of coffees, okay I'm a complete coffee snob (add stronger words if you like). But this is the best I've tried by some way.

I have been using Hasbean for about the last twelve years. I've tried other roasters and always found Hasbean's coffee the best; consistent top quality roasting across a carefully selected range of specialist sourced beans at very competitive prices.
The service I've received over the years has been second to none and often well exceeded expectations - nothing seems too much trouble for this great customer focused team - it always such a personal service.
There are many businesses which could learn a whole lot from Hasbean.
Keep up the great work.

Terrible delivery service. Even though I am located in London, I waited over a week for delivery. Coffee by itself is of very bad quality with improper brewing recipes.

I have only ever had good experiences with Hasbean, who I have been purchasing espresso beans from for around 2 years now. The beans are of a consistently high standard. The subscription is customisable, including the option to skip or rearrange a forthcoming shipment if necessary. I also purchased a hand grinder from them, and had excellent support from customer services, who processed a VAT refund for me as it was being shipped overseas. Great company!

Bought a coffee home roaster from Hasbean.
Presale provided by Katie was excellent. Responded very quickly to emails providing advice and support.

Once I had made the purchase I asked what beans Hasbean would recommend. As a response Katie arranged for a bag to be included in the delivery!

On receipt of the roaster it very quickly became apparent (from the instruction manual) that the roaster was not suitable for what we wanted to do. This was NOT the fault of Hasbean as it was a specific requirement which was only mentioned in one line of text buried within the manual.

Anyway, I emailed Katie with my concern and following as short exchange of emails it was agreed that I would return the roaster. Despite the fact that I was returning the roaster, Katie remained very supportive and responsive to emails and provided all the details needed to return the roaster.

Once the roaster had been returned, I received a full refund within a couple of days and was informed by email. No prompting or chasing up was needed.

Would I use Hasbean again?
Without a doubt!
The responsiveness and support, even though this is only by email at the moment, was spot on and should be held as an example to others.
The only reason I have not purchased an alternative roaster from Hasbean is that currently they only stock one type.

My go-to roasters - they have consistently provided an excellent service since I have subscribed last year. Coffee is always delicious and the subscription is very flexible.

Probably the best value coffee you can find in the UK. Speciality quality at a very reasonable price.

Excellent, premium coffee at a realistic and reasonable price.
Loads of choice.
Compostable packaging.
Good transparency of origin + seemingly great relationships with growers.
Quick delivery. 10/10
