My son sold his house to Oz Realty and


My son sold his house to Oz Realty and everything they told him was a lie. Do not trust this company!!! He still has not got his money and they closed last week. They were told they had to the end of today to get their stuff out of the building and now they will not let them finish getting their stuff. These people are not trustworthy!

This review has nothing to do with our company as Oz Realty doesn't purchase properties. We are a Toledo, Ohio based property management company that solely manages real estate owned by other landlords. Again, we don't purchase properties. The review has been flagged for removal.

I get my payment every month and they take care of the property for me. What more could I ask for. Easy company to work with.

Years of great service.

I have six properties in Ohio all managed by OZ Realty. They have a great management team and software system. If you are looking for a quality property management company I strongly recommend OZ Realty.
