Pabau is the most convenient platform to handle everything and score all the results in one place. Their team is awesome and the whole experience and smooth. I really appreciate technical convenience and potential, professionalism from the team and beyond understanding assistants. 10/10, so happy i learned about them and I wish I could implement this system earlier.

I'm a start up and have found the support so far in my set up fantastic. I feel a lot of the small details which really matter are being taken care of with the support of the team to create the vision I have. Would highly recommend this system and the team for the support received.

Pabau is een zeer complete praktijksoftware die goed aansluit bij cosmetische en medische praktijken die professioneel willen werken en willen doorgroeien. Het platform combineert agenda, elektronisch patiëntendossier, consent, facturatie en geautomatiseerde communicatie in één systeem en ondersteunt goede dossiervoering, traceerbaarheid en kwaliteitsborging.

Een belangrijk pluspunt is de helpdesk. Support is goed bereikbaar, denkt actief mee en helpt zowel bij technische vragen als bij het inrichten van workflows. De ondersteuning voelt betrokken en oplossingsgericht. Daarnaast is er via de accountmanager of vertegenwoordiger vaak ruimte voor overleg en tegemoetkomingen of maatwerkafspraken, wat prettig is bij groei of langdurig gebruik.

Aandachtspunt blijft de kosten- en creditsstructuur. Sommige functies die basaal aanvoelen, vereisen credits of vallen buiten het standaardpakket. Het is daarom belangrijk vooraf goed te bekijken waarvoor credits nodig zijn en hoe deze worden ingezet, om onverwachte kosten te voorkomen.

Wat het systeem nóg sterker zou maken, is ingebouwde bewaking van vervaldata van medicatie en producten. Voor medische en cosmetische praktijken zou dit een waardevolle toevoeging zijn binnen het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdomein.

Samenvattend is Pabau een krachtig en toekomstbestendig systeem met uitstekende ondersteuning, mits je het bewust inricht en duidelijke afspraken maakt over functionaliteiten en kosten.

Bryan is very knowledgeable and very good at explaining how to get from point a to point b. We very easily navigated what felt like a big problem in minutes and got things back up and running.

We use Pabau on daily basis. It is easy to use and not too complicated. It works well for aesthetic clinics more than Medical / GP services.

Pabau is easy to use and is great for our aesthetics within our company. However at times we have found glitches for example - When doing a payment with client it has said it has been paid and we have had clients walk out of clinic and later on have found payment has not gone through as it takes so long to load.

I am a new business owner so all the set-up can be quite overwhelming but Pabau have helped to break things down into simple steps. I am extremely with the service I have received.

So far it has been good. Eve E and her team have been amazing genuinely want you to be satisfied with their services and super helpful. Its is a lot of information to take in learning the Pabu system but also once you know it easy just like anything else we have do in life ;)
