The Pacaso team is incredible, starting with Michael on the front end of the sales process flowing over to our home manger Sam who both worked overtime to find a way to close quickly and efficiently (supported by Lana & Amara) but also got us into the house days after closing on a short stay opening. This ensured the initial excitement for the purchase didn’t dwindle due to a few month delay before our first stay.

I worked with Sam Archaga as my sales rep, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was consistently helpful, pleasant, and worked with me to create a clear sales strategy that got everything done efficiently. It was a great experience! I also want to give a shoutout to Misha at Pacaso, whom I’ve worked with over the years. He’s always been a pleasure to deal with. Overall, top-notch team and service!

I currently hold ownership in two Pacaso properties. In September 2024, I notified Pacaso of my intent to sell the shares I owned.
Despite repeated follow-ups — including multiple attempts to contact their CEO starting in March 2025 — Pacaso was unable to sell either of my shares for many months. Eventually, one share was sold in August 2025, nearly a full year after my initial request.
Unfortunately, the second property has now been on the market for almost a year, with no sale completed.
This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. While Pacaso markets itself as a convenient and flexible way to own and sell shares in properties, my experience has been one of delays, lack of transparency, and pressure tactics that shift risk away from the company and onto owners.
I believe potential owners should be fully aware of these risks before committing.
