Long delivery and then I got the WRONG delivery and no reply from costumer support.

Ordered a jumper on the 2 for one promotion, was under the assumption two would automatically be sent given two charges occurred when adding a second jumper of the same style and size and that the promotion was site wide and applicable to every order. Was only sent one jumper and have spent weeks trying to resolve this, pacha are not responding to me now and I am out of pocket due to this as the order would not have been made had this promotion not been on. Now having to do a chargeback
