I don't know what to say. Got some sketchy live resin to begin with. Just bitched here and tossed the product in the trash. They replied to my rant and I supplied some info. Without asking, they (over) replaced the order with a fresh batch of acceptable product. Top notch but here's the kicker. Today, I found out they never deposited the e transfer because I bitched so fast (I guess). I'm shocked. Now I feel bad!

This is my first order placed on July 13. Got a notification that it was delivered on July 16. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!
I reached out to them daily asking for a status report. No response. On July 20 received a response asking for confirmation of my mailing address. Sent it. Reaching out daily for an update. Nothing.
VERY FRUSTRATED!

For anybody that may see this now edited review, we want them to know that we are in no way affiliated with a company named 'Pacific Grass' or any other company other then our own, Pacific Canny. We have been in operation for 7-8 years and we will never conduct bad business in the way described by this reviewer.
Been ordering off here for over a year and the product is always great! Super quick process & shipping! Highly recommend!
They have some of the best prices i have seen so far from any online dispensary! Good quality product aswell and the shipping is usually pretty fast depending the day you order! I tell everyone about pacific cannabis when they are looking for a good deal on flower or concentrate! The gummies also left me wrecked i took 5 gummies and forgot who I was for a bit lol I give them an 11 out of 10!
I have used this site to order products for a few years now. Never had an issue with quality or strength. Always delivered fast thru canada post. Deals and specials available on most holidays. Quality products.
The order came in a couple of days. The quality was very good. I've been ordering for years from Pacific Cannabis and have no complaints at all.
Piece of crap customer service. I guess I expected professionals able to direct me to the product I was looking for, instead I get attitude and push back. And obviously, they can't cope getting treated in kind.
Always great product...at a very low price...since 4 years a by it there and never disappointed....great service product price 10/10

Never hard to get ahold of, quick delivering, discreet and quick!
I placed an order it got cancelled (an action i did not make) I contacted them a couple days later wondering about an update thwy fixed it that day and had my order shipped same day.
Decent stuff for the price. Ive now ordered twice and about 6 different types of live resin and 1 crumble and all had a good tase and the highs were decent too. Delivery was fast and I'm on the opposite side of the country and was also packed well to protect during shipping. I'll definitely be ordering again!
Different packaging this time, almost like they just threw it in a box without a care and shipped it. $600 package, every other website gives a bunch of freebies after spending that amount but not them. Horrible customer service.

We ensure a great deal of quality control is done regarding our packaging and how the contents of our boxes reach our customers. We are unsure what you mean about the issue with our packaging and would like you to bring that to our attention properly at your earliest convenience.
As for the comparison to other websites giving away freebies, unfortunately we will not operate that way and we consider that a gimmick. We take pride in our price point already being at the best bang for buck in the country and do not need to conduct business in that way with giving out items that cost us very little in hopes that you ignore other issues that may be at play like the ones the other websites have ; bad price points, and low quality product. We would much rather our customer base appreciate the products themselves being such high quality for a noticeably better price than the competitors, rather than sticking around because of gimmicky business practices like the handing out low-quality, cheap products for free.
This company doesn't care about customers, they allow large orders to be lost and don't replace them. These clowns will just rip you off. You've been warned.
I'm disappointed in these people at Pacific canny, rude, belligerent little kids, the worst customer service, they could all use a lesson in respect. Likely just their generation. Either way, you should seriously adjust your attitude towards customers. Especially when it's regarding lost shipments. DO BETTER.
Live resin packed a punch. Wish I had more time on my hands to smoke more. Just bought a decent amount that should set me up for about a month or more...check back later
Good products at great prices. Quick delivery. I had good and responsive customer service when I screwed up on an order payment.
