Love my serum boxes!

I've used this company twice for printing packaging for my items. The latest project they did for me was serum boxes. They turned out so nice! They're gluing is clean and everything lines up as it should for the fold lines. This is critically important as the boxes sit square on the shelf like they should. They were professional through the whole process and finished the project in a timely manner. I will use them again when I need more boxes for soap.

From Nightmare to PERFECTION: Packaging Boxes Pro Exceeded All My Expectations!

After having custom-designed boxes poorly executed at another company, I reached out to Joseph at Packaging Boxes Pro. I had spent almost a year working with another company to design and produce my boxes. The communication was extremely poor and once they had my money, they barely took the time to respond. When I received my products, they were awful.

After a horrible first experience, having to work with a new production company really made me nervous. However, Joseph really cared about making my time with Packaging Boxes Pro a great experience.

Every email I sent was promptly responded to. Every detail of my order was followed. In fact, Joseph made suggestions to the production that made my boxes even BETTER! I couldn't be happier.

When I received the samples, I was so happy. You could tell that these boxes were far superior to my previous boxes. When the actual order came, I was so happy I could almost cry. Everything was perfect.

Everything up until working with Packaging Boxes Pro was a nightmare, but now I finally have a company (and a contact) I can wholeheartedly trust. Thank you to everyone who made the experience pain-free. I really do appreciate you!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, shipping, and final product. Brian has been my CS contact since I first began working with this company in Spring of 2022. He is prompt, courteous, and helpful. I am VERY satisfied with these custom embossed boxes!
