They drafted a very plain first draft design for my custom counter-top display point-of-purchase box. Even after I sent the files for my front label of my product AND the ingredients and use information, laid out with no errors, there were numerous typos, graphics design errors, etc. (for example, instead of "To Use," they put "Tos Use." They also sent me a very blurry, low-res copy so that I couldn't read most of the text to even SEE what all the errors were. I am a graphics designer, so I fixed their pitiful layout and sent them the files (jpg and Photoshop), and they sent me yet another poorly done "final version" wanting me to approve it for printing. NONE of the typos had been fixed, none of the graphical errors had been fixed, so I tried yet again. THREE TIMES they sent me a design to approve, and NONE of the typos, etc. had been repaired. It is obvious they have NO respect for my business, they are merely in a rush to print and get my money, even if the boxes have mistakes. That simply means, to me, they do not respect me and do not care whether or not my business is successful. I told them repeatedly "Do Not Contact Me Again," and still they persist wanting me to fix the design (again) so they can print my boxes. No, Thank you!

I requested a quote from this company, but didn't end up placing an order with them because their quote was among the highest I received out of about 10. I regret ever contacting them. They're as aggressive and persistent as a collections agency in following up to see "if you're still interested." I have blocked their email and they just send from a new email address. I have told them over and over I will NEVER give them my business based on their constant harassment, but they still persist. They must just be sadists. FU Packaging Forest.

I got a quote from this company months ago but went with another. I wasn't thrilled with the emboss quality so I decided for my new order I would try Package Forest. Initially I recieved great customer service. I emailed my files and they sent a PDF proof that exactly matched my design, which I approved to go to print. They sent a Whats App video that I viewed from a cell phone of the embossing on the package and it had embossing on the back, which I asked via email not to be embossed. I was being nice and said since it was too late to move ahead with the order. Unseen to me on a small screen were changes made to the design. I don't know why but they changed all of the text on the back of all of the design to be all bold, they took a name meant to be uppercase and changed it to lowercase, and swapped a 0 to o. They also left off the purple layer on two designs and the color was way off of one. None of this was on the final proof. I asked for a refund and they refused unless I pay to ship back a huge heavy box of items which I see as so wasteful. In both money to me, and even more wasteful to ship an item that needs to be destroyed. I said I was happy to film myself recyling them to prove I am not scamming for free packages. I can't use these. I'm still trying to get a refund but I absolutely do NOT recommend using a print company that is ok with changing the proof after approval and then defends delivering incorrect items. They take 0 responsibility for the mistakes and want to blame this on me for approving a video from my phone. To their credit they offered to replace these but I can't trust the quality after this and would rather have my previous company print them.

Logan was a pleasure to work with. The process was fast, efficient, and most of all Cost effective and Logan was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service.

Exceptional quality and customer service. The Packaging Forest team was quick to produce artwork proofs and met their production timeline as promised. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality packaging solutions.

I have recently ordered child lock vape boxes from Packaging Forest LLC. Just amazed! The customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process. They guided me on design choices and ensured I got exactly what I envisioned.

Packaging color did not match the CMYK info given. The heat sealed edges peeled apart like string cheese, this company is a scam. It took a month for delivery, they packaging was definitely made overseas. Extremely poor quality control. I do NOT recommend this brand.

Packaging Forest is by far one of the best companies i have ever delt with. They are extremely detail oriented and their design team is amazing. James is always available to assist me and always comes through. Also, when it comes to pricing, I don't know how they do it. No other company compares.

Once again, Lisa's recommendation have come through for me as I selected custom poly mailers. The quality and design are exceptional, and they've made a positive difference in my business. And also the team was a pleasure to work with, and I'm thrilled with the final product.

The pet food mylar bags that I ordered from Packaging Forest LLC exceeded my expectation. The eco-friendly options were a big plus, and the boxes arrived on time but there was a minor printing error. The company quickly fixed it, Showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely reorder

Peter has taken the time and put the work in for my company like nobody else would. I had the option to go with someone closer to make my boxes but the price and minimums were ridiculous.
