I have regularly ordered from this company over the past few years. The boxes are great and value for money. When I have encountered an issue they have resolved to it positively, albeit sometimes taking longer than I would have liked. Delivery is usually quick and I personally have found my boxes to be packaged for delivery to me in an appropriate way. I would however feedback that some tracking or delivery information would be welcome. Overall I would recommend this company and will continue to use them.

I have tried to update a previous review but for some reason when I did my original review, it did not link to my account so I can't. I had an order dispatched on the 3rd December and by 10th december it was still not here. I e-mailed twice had no reponse. I called and they said they had e-mailed but my order was being held with DHL. They said they would arrange for a new order to be dispatched next day with a different courier. I e-mailed later on to ask for the original tracking which I did not get and also for written confirmation of the new order. I got the new order and also on that same day (11th december) I also received the order from DHL which sadly was soaking wet (not good for paper and cardboard) so it was a very good job my other order came because I had to throw the other packaging away as it was too wet to be used which was a shame!

I really do appreciate them sending more packaging but it was a shame it took a review on here to get them to respond to me via e-mail. The packaging is great and fantastic value it really is I can't fault them there as it is super quality. The big problem is not responding to e-mails even after having called them. I know we are all busy right now but when I have an order that is missing, it would have been nice to have them respond. It would also be good to get some tracking from them too so you can track your own order as I had no idea when/if my order would arrive. I also would perhaps look at not using DHL as they really have let you down badly by leaving my order (I also see others have had this too) in their warehouse to be left to get soaking wet as it is not fair on you as a company to have a courier service let you down like this and I know that once it is with a courier it is not in your control but they have sadly caused a big part of the issue here with this whole order, but not getting any e-mail responses back when asked 3 times for tracking etc did not help either.

I would use this company again as I really like the packaging but had to mark 4 stars due to the issues with being in contact with them etc. I really am sorry, I hope that when I make another order with you things might have improved.

Fantastic customer service. Great communication from Mani who has helped me twice in a few days on sizeable orders when others had no stock or were giving long lead times. Now our go-to supplier for packaging boxes etc. Very reliable and highly recommended.

Having order 550 boxes, they arrived un-packaged and un-bundled. They were loose in the couriers van and some were also delivered wet. I understand this is likely to be couriers fault, but it was disappointing and some will not be usable.

Fab prices and arrived much faster than my usual supplier, i will be looking to see if i can find more packaging from yourselves, suitable for my current needs.

I've used Packaging Now for a few years now, to get various products for my mail order company. I've always found them to be swift and efficient, and the goods well priced.
However, when we had a problem with a courier repeatedly not delivering my goods, despite the courier claiming otherwise, they went to extraordinary lengths to resolve this for me. Accordingly, I went from raging about the situation to being very impressed with the customer service. Good job and special thanks to Mani!

Professional service, Rapid delivery

I've had an issue with my order and I emailed them about it but have had no response. It's been over a month now so hence the 3 stars given.

Ideal, was just the right solution for our products, will be looking to set up a business account.
Service was good and package arrived quickly, so as a business owner I can happily recommend both product and service.

Excellent service and delivery!! The size of the bubble wrap really surprised me. I had made comparison with other companies (not all of them) which I came across on my Web search and I found Packaging Now to be the cheapest. Bulk buy is definitely a MUST when it comes to packing. One happy customer!!

No problem with the product but the delivery service was poor as they said they attempted delivery three times but never left a card.
