I changed date for the delivery , day before it had to, because I had an urgent trip and it was so easy and they delivered exactly the morning I indicated I was back. So happy with the service

Packfleet delivered my Christmas order and I was impressed. I received my delivery slot on the morning and the driver was on time and I was kept informed re the delivery. The driver was helpful and courteous.

I hadn't heard of Packfleet before, but the delivery process was great. I received email notification of when my order was expected to be delivered and a delivery window as promised.

However, what I especially like about Packfleet is that, while they provided a delivery window, I had access to live tracking so I could see how far away they were.

I had never heard of the company before & wasn't sure if email was genuine-but it was.I was kept up to date with delivery info & my parcel was delivered 2 days early!! very good service.Hope they thrive.

I’ve had 2 separate deliveries from Packfleet this week and have been very impressed. I was kept fully informed on times which were kept to. Both drivers were pleasant and courteous and the parcels were in pristine condition. Two really good experiences.

They delivered within a 15 minute time slot. The delivery man was very polite and brought the box in for me. I've always found their service very good and only wish Waitrose still stocked them!
