Great communication, lots of options, fast delivery. Very polite friendly driver. Perfect!

Delivery arrived at predicted time. Driver very professional and helpful. We unfortunately get a lot of deliveries that are poor service, but this one was the exact opposite, so a pleasurable experience.

It was late evening delivery but the deliverer was very jolly and polite interacting with me which is just great.

Delivery and driver were first class in all respects. Highly recommended. Driver deserves a bonus.

Here is my experience: the delivery services for my four purchases were all provided by Packfleet, and two of them were cancelled due to road closures. I waited eight hours for both deliveries. More importantly, the company assumed that I was a foreigner who could not read, listen or speak English. Otherwise, it is impossible to explain their behaviour, that is, cancelling my delivery without any written, email or telephone communication with me. An even more ridiculous thing is that, although one of the deliveries was indeed met with a road closure situation, the other was a complete lie. While cancelling my delivery because "road closed", three minivans and multiple vehicles sped past me on the wide street. Unless they were driving Optimus Prime for the delivery or they defined these vehicles as humans with four wheels, I really can't think of any reason to lie to me. Again, during this time, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!

After disappointing service from other companies recently I have to make a comment here. Excellent communication thoroughout, speedy service and a good tracking facility. If only others were like you.

Finally, a great delivery service! The tracking is great, the people delivering are nice and polite and the parcels arrive in good condition. It should be the basic expectation but, unfortunately, it is very rare to get such good service from a delivery company.

I had been waiting for a delivery of wine and was really concerned about care and packing. I need not have worried the driver handed the box to me and had waited for me to get to my front door. He was smiling and polite and didn’t just leave on the doorstep and run off….

Mypackage arrived when they said it would. They kept me informed. Not a single problem.
And they are an ethical company who pay their drivers properly. All good.

Good communication by text with an hour window for delivery which was accurate. Delivery guy was v pleasant and didn’t just ignore me when I opened door and said thanks.

Driver Dan was super friendly and professional. He brought the packages all the way upstairs to my front door.

Why aren’t all delivery companies like Packfleet?
I clearly picked my slot and could choose my options and they arrived right on time.

As others have stated, superb service and a helpful and considerate courier. If the wine suits will be back for more without question
