packlane is the best! they went above and beyond to get a new order sent to me after the first order was fumbled by fedex. really appreciate their commitment to their customers

Proof did not follow our art and after waiting 4x the promised timeline for an updated proof, we reached out via chat...where the chat rep wasted over 50 minutes of our time and did not fix the issue or help. Everything Packlane does is to get customers to give up and go away -- they'd rather take the money and run than ever get a repeat order from anyone.

Proofing team was patient and helpful throughout the process even when I had to make changes to my design several times. The customer service agent I spoke to was also proficient and kind.

The boxes have streaks running all through them

The mailer boxes look INCREDIBLE! Loading the design was easy, and the end results are exactly what I was looking for. These boxes are perfect for our event gifts for our online event. We will definitely order more in the future.

My first order was great but our 2nd order arrived with ink and handprints on boxes. Also the cardboard used was yellowed as if it was years old. I have been trying to get help with this for over a month with no results. I am asking my credit card company to open a case against Packlane.

Although another organization set this up for us and did our ordering in the past, I was able to place my first order without any issues. It was very easy since the log work was already in place. I especially appreciate the easy steps to place the order. Shipping was so quick this time since I placed the order directly...is my assumption.

Amazing. Super impressed with the prints, cut quality, etc... Better than I expected.

The website was very simple to use. The order arrived earlier than expected. The order consisted of print on all sides, 2 of the same context. 2 sides were off center and the third side is smeared. I only checked half of the order assuming the remainder was the same. So only one side of the box is 100%. Will not use again.

I love my tape! It's perfect! Customer service was amazing and responded in a timely manner! I've recommend Pakelane to my small business group as well! I've tried 3 other companies for water activated tape and Packlane is by far the best!

Very efficient process. User friendly design software, rapid validation and proofing, fast printing, and there-before-you-know-it shipping. I've used Packlane before and will continue to use them where I can.

I received my Packlane boxes today. I am so pleased and happy with the quality. They turned out perfectly. The boxes are sturdy and perfect for gift boxes for our customers!

I needed a more cost effective option compared to my old vendor I was using. The work isn't bad but not every box came perforated which is a problem as my company uses boxes for sending out samples and hardware and need to be able to box up quick than trying to figure out the folds that should've already been done.

I spoke with different representatives and none were able to assist me with the parameters I was asking for the order. My partner called back and gave the associate the same parameters and found a way to get it accomplished.
He was also given a lesser quote to have the items overnighted, which we elected to do. We were told the items would arrive on Saturday which was plenty of time for us to have the products ready for the "big release" on Monday for our customers. The order did not arrive until today, as in Tuesday, as in four days from when they were shipped, as in yeah, I'm ticked.

Quality, Price, Speedy Production time.

Customer service is awful. Absolutely AWFUL! The beautiful images they provide on there Packlane website for you to use are Adobe Stock images that are beautiful, and high resolution, however, that's NOT how your project will be printed. My image was a bright beautiful beach scene which I purchased from them. Designed my box on their site, they printed my box. It cost me over $700. When I recieved my box weeks later, they were not glossy, they had a Matt sheen to them, and the box looked like it had a dark charcoal overcast to the entire thing. it was at least 7 or 8 times darker than the Adobe Stock image on their site.
I contacted Packlane immediately, took photos of my box, and they will not fix it or reprint my boxes. They blamed it on artwork I submitted! lolol! The artwork was from Packlanes website, and all designed on Paclanes website. Terrible boxes, terrible customer service. The worst I've ever encountered. No offer to correct it. Will never do business with them again.
I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Staples would have done a better job. I flushed over $700 down the drain. Buyer beware.

GREAT water activated tape. Sticks very well, which is important for our heavy boxes! The experience was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I received my tape one day after the estimated delivery date, but it was all good. The order minimums were greatly appreciated as I didn't need to order a whole pallet of tape at once.
