It is amazing as I donât need to take my laptop bag lunchbox and handbag to work

I think the quality for the price is very reasonable. The zips seems to catch a little on the laptop section as it comes over the top corners but I just take it slow and find it easier if the middle section is zipped first.
It is heavy when fully packed but I would expect that from everything I put in there but it definitely stops my daily juggling act..
I love it and am going to buy another for my daughter in-law.

Absolute scam. I placed a duplicate order and needed to cancel one of them. I emailed them and they notified me that I can cancel and receive a 30% fee or wait until I received the item to process a return. After I received the item I emailed to process a return and sent 5 emails in 3 weeks with no response to which I get told âwe do not process returns for customers who simply do not like the itemâ. In no where in my email did I mention I didnât like the item. I was told I would be able to process a return when I got the item. And after reviewing their own return policy l, no where does it state that âsimply not liking the item doesnât qualify for a returnâ. Absolute scam, will be reporting it
I received one of these bags as a giftâŠ
I received one of these bags as a gift from my fiancee. It looked nothing like the photos online. When we received it it is a very cheap fake leather look. As stated on the website I tried returning it and they told me I could not just return it for not liking it. They are scam artists . Buyer beware. Also the same bags are $30 everywhere else and $100 through them

Totally not worth it and the customer service is atrocious. Iâm quite skeptical of the high reviews of the backpack. All places should have at least a 30-day return policy, and clearly, Packuum does not. People change their minds and should be allowed the return items in a timely manner, especially if the item is unopened and unused. Not with it and save yourself the trouble and buy a different bag. Poor customer service.

Never got an order number, chased up multiple times including commenting on social media and finally got the product, but still never recieved the order number. The bag feels bendy and flimsy, the zipper is terrible quality, and they wonât message me back regarding the 30 day refund. So Iâve disputed it through my bank. Donât expect the product thatâs advertised, donât expect a reply from customer service. Iâve tried emailing and contacting on messenger as well. When reading other reviews it seems to be a scam.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Packuum Bags are a joke. I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. They sent me the wrong bag. When I informed customer service, they said I would have to pay for a second bag and that I could not exchange it. So, basically they made the mistake, but will not correct it. It's worth it to just carry three bags instead of purchasing from this shady company.

Mine arrived in about 3 weeks over Christmas from the UK to USA. Of course it will take a while to arrive. I absolutely LOVE mine. Quality-material-looks of the black bag. I always receive compliments and fits my lunch perfectly. If you spill, material is easy to dry out wipe out and on your way. I most likely will get the backpack!

100% highest quality. I love my bag and everyone that has seen it has asked where I bought it. I have given everyone the website to check out their bags and deals. I was amazed at the size of the separate insulated lunch bag that fits snugly into the bottom of the bag ( in its own compartment) it fits so much, I have in mine 2 flat freezer blocks, a sandwich or a container plus fruit a 600ml water plus a full sized can of drink. Just incredible. There are heaps of varying sized compartments and it is so comfortable to carry. You donât know itâs on your back with the thick padding of the straps and material. 100 out of 100 for exactly what Packuum bags described their product. Well done, a very happy customer

Overall I like the bag and its versatility. I find it hard to get the lunchbox in and out of the bag while the rest of the bag is flopping over. The magnetic snap on the front of the bag doesn't snap shut and stay shut the way it should.

The backpack I bought is fine--flimsy for sure, but since I got it during a sale, I felt the price I paid was fair enough. However, the bag I received had a default--one of the straps wasn't even sewn on properly, so it fell off (cleanly, with the thread and everything) the first time I went to close it.
I emailed customer service, and they said I needed to either pay for return shipping if I wanted to exchange it (because that's their policy even when the problem is entirely the manufacturer's fault) OR accept a 20% partial refund on the item so I can go get it fixed on my own. I thought this policy was BS but after a few exchanges with them it was clear that it was the best I could get, so I politely accepted the 20%. They agreed on January 24th, and since then they've effectively ghosted me. I've sent them 5 follow up messages over the last 2 months. This really sucks!

Had to take away one star. Only sugestion is to make bag alittle taller, so lunch compartment does not open into bookbag compartment. Otherwise enjoying all other compartments.
No Returns on Products Stay Away
On their website I attempted to order back and was told "your order cannot be processed." I ordered again and found out that I had bought 2 bags. I immediately emailed them and told them about the issue. I was told that I had two options I could either cancel the extra bag and be charged a 30% aministrative fee or wait until the extra bag was delivered and return it. I told them to cancel the extr bag and charge me the 30% and got no response. After I received the extra bag I emailed them to return it and was given an address to return to in China with no return label. After going to the post office the cost to send it to China would have cost nearly as much as the extra bag. Horrible customer service.
Cancelled immediately but order still shipped and support stopped responding
I placed an order with Packuum Bags on 17/2 and immediately emailed requesting cancellation.
Their team replied advising there would be a 30% cancellation fee. I agreed to the fee the same day and asked them to process the cancellation.
After that I received no confirmation that the cancellation had been processed.
On 20/2 I followed up requesting confirmation of the refund but again received no response.
Despite cancelling the order before dispatch, the item was still shipped and delivered.
When I contacted them about this, the only response I received was a vague message saying they had âcoordinated with the warehouse team and were reviewing the request.â That was nine days ago and there has been no further update.
During this time I continued to receive marketing emails from the company, but no response from their support team regarding the cancellation or refund.
Because the cancellation request was made immediately and the issue was not resolved, I have now had to submit a chargeback through my bank.
Very disappointing experience.

So far one star. I ordered a month ago, didnÂŽt receive a tracking number and the customer service doesnÂŽt answer me. IÂŽve emailed them three times now.
