Quick delivery, products made with high quality material and their customer service is second to none. Would recommend for anyone looking to keep their belongings safe whilst traveling.

Online ordering from their website has terrible customer service. Many calls and email to get a response from them. 1 wk before Xmas. Never recommending

It was my second order there.

First order:

There was no return label in the parcel, so I applied for one online. They needed days to “approve my return” and send me a label. After it took them weeks to refund my order (I didn’t even receive a confirmation email when my parcel arrived), I had to contact customer service.

Second order:
This time, they directly approved my return. So I sent it back to them, and they received it 2 weeks ago. I didn’t even get a confirmation by mail. So I, again, asked the customer service for my refund. The answer was “I’m sorry for the delay, our warehouse put your return in quarantine (???) and we had to find out why. Your articles are now refunded.”

When I ordered, the items arrived pretty fast, but when you return something, be prepared to wait weeks for your money.

Great. Surprised at reviews re customer service as I emailed and got a reply within hours, product arrived within 2 days. Lovely little travel bag.

Horrible customer service.
Ordered item on a Sat. Email reply was to wait 72 bus hrs for warehouse to process. More than 72hr later nothing - even after two email requests to CS. No phone number to call. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Do NOT TRUST this company.

Just though we would leave this review, ordered the LS350 backpack in blue. Arrived promptly, product looks fab and feels well made. Fits most of our bits in, just waiting to try it out on a trip to London. Would recommend this product for a mid sized day bag for visiting city's and doing tourusty things

I recently purchased two hip bags and two locks. The bags and one of the locks are fine, the 2nd lock broke as soon as I tried it out, following the instructions. I e mailed the customer services telling them and stating I wouldn't be using the lock that works as I had no confidence in it. I suggested rather than a replacement lock and me returning it, as I was going away in a few days they send me an alternative product. Within 2hrs they had responded agreeing and I have a notification from the delivery firm that it will be with me next day. Outstanding customer services, other than a lock that failed first time a very positive experience

I just bought their Slingsafe LX300 bag in December and in barely 5 months of usage - and not heavy usage, mind you - the rubber components of the bag have started to break apart! As a result of this, the wire inside pokes out and it hurts to carry the bag.

When I first got this bag I loved it. It's roomy enough to house all of my necessary things and I bought it in purple so I was impressed with the colour too. It's not the first pacsafe bag I've owned. It's hard to find what you're looking for online as the bag sizes are deceptive so I ended up with 3 different bags when I first started buying them. I purchased this style in 2021 and over the past week the wires in the handle have started to poke through and went right up the fingernail on my index finger causing considerable pain and blood loss. I've had several cuts since, simply trying to carry the bag. I believe the product is now of poor quality since it was made from recycled bottles. As you're away, these bags aren't cheap to buy and now it's to dangerous to use.

Returned a backpack and they received it. Have sent three emails about my refund and have heard nothing from them. Quick to take your money but returning it another story.

Bought a bag to go on holiday with as was worried about money/passport being stolen. Bag arrived and was very high quality product with excellent safety features.
Was a little worried about buying due to previous reviews on here but my experience with the company has been excellent and I would definitely recommend these products to anyone looking for good quality travel bags. Thanks

I bought a bag of this brand and after not more than 3 years, the zip is damaged, so I wrote to them, they are not even helping me; I will never ever buy any bag because, in fact, it is not so good, this brand !!!!
I am not recommend it now.
I loved to buy from them but the way they asked me for photos of the zip and after their reply...I will never come again. I was just asking to get a new zip and I will change on my own, but they just loved to sell. nothing else !!!

You've got to listen to the reviews here. Theft-proof is ironic when this company themselves are thieves. The quality is shockingly bad, especially for the price. The zip is terrible quality. The customer service is lacking. I tried to post my honest review on the product page, and surprise surprise they only allow the positive reviews. This is a scam company, you should avoid them.

The UK customer service team is the worst I have ever dealt with. They only respond if you start writing reviews or contacting them on social media, they promised return postage and it took them 8 days of not refunding postage before they announced they were keeping it and were deeply rude. I beg you do yourselves a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They have increased the prices to such a level to convince you it's high quality - it is not, it is the worst quality bag I have ever seen. I've never ever had a zip break off on the first day of use.

My original review:
Really shocked. Spent £129 on the Citysafe CX ECONYL Anti-theft backpack tote, and the front zip broke completely off on the first day I used it outside the house! Theft-proof?! it's not even extremely basic use-proof. I really expected a response today after requesting assistance yesterday, but nothing yet, so I will keep waiting for an explanation and my refund. I genuinely wouldn't even expect construction that awful from a cheap bag off a market stall, let alone one that cost me £129!! I was paying for the quality and peace of mind. The first day! Really hoping they respond soon as this is extremely below expectation. If I sold a product this poor, I would be embarrassed and reply to the customer right away. The zip actually looks a bit worn like they have sold me something that was sent back by someone else.

Update: They finally got back in touch and were so rude and awkward, they have also stolen the £3.80 return postage for the broken product from me. Theft-proof?! They are thieves. I've never dealt with such an awful company.

Purchased a z100
Was an awesome wallet, until the zipper broke just under a year. Cannot find the receipt .
Its supposed to be a pick pocket proof zipper... Its Not pick pocket proof when the zipper falls of into the abyss and now it doesn't close.

Pacsafe and its customer service team are stupendous. My partner and I ordered several masks from them, and they were perfect.

We ordered another round of masks that are currently coming in the mail. I realized late that I put the incorrect mailing address, and the team responded quickly and changed it nearly immediately.

I would recommend this company, their products, and their customer service to anyone willing to listen!
