They sent me a bag without a plastic cover full of stains. When I asked for money off, they just said tough. Send it back and weâll give you a $20 store credit that would mean I would have to order from an unreliable and unapologetic source again they showed no remorse and took no ownership for the inconvenience of having to return a bag and the unprofessional act of sending a bag without a plastic cover and with stains on it.
I placed my order on April 6. Later, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. However, when I checked the tracking number they provided, it showed that the package had already been delivered a day before they even sent me the shipping confirmation, which makes no sense.
I contacted UPS and opened an investigation. They officially confirmed that the package was lost. I have this confirmation in writing.
Despite this, the company completely ignores my messages and refuses to respond to my refund requests. I have not received my order, and I have not received my money back.
Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
They are a great company with a dedicated customer support team. They offer quality products, and I appreciate that. Whether you're an amateur or a professional, you should go to them to find the perfect racket.

I bought a NOX racket from Padel USA, and it broke after just 3 months of normal use. The break was clearly from the inside out â a textbook warranty issue. Since they advertise warranty support for 6 months right on their website, I figured getting a replacement wouldnât be a problem. Turns out, thatâs not the case at all.
Apparently, Padel USA doesnât have any real connection with NOX â and honestly, Iâm starting to think they donât have solid connection with any of the brands they sell. So if your racket breaks or has any issues, donât count on them to help. They offered me a small discount on a new (overpriced) racket instead of actually backing the product they sold me.
Craig from their team tried to be helpful to an extent, and I understand since he is not the one running the show, but Sam, the one who does, was super unprofessional and came off really cocky. Not the kind of attitude you expect when you're dealing with a warranty issue.
Long story short â I wouldnât recommend buying from Padel USA. If something goes wrong, theyâre not going to have your back. There are way better places to get your gear where they actually care about customers.
