I would have to say these are the best earbuds that I have purchased they have outperformed all the top end brands that I have had, And never have any issues with them connecting to my phone these are a must have and you will not be disappointed And never have any issues with them connecting to my phone these are a must have and you will not be disappointed.

First pair broke after two months. Then Padmate send me a new pair, which only lasted for a week before they also broke.
When you receive them, it’s clear to see it’s not a quality product.

I have two sets of Pamu Minis and would absolutely recommend giving them a try, before spending silly money on some other Bluetooth headphones.
My wife has AirPods and my pamu minis sound better, last longer and fit better than hers.
I spent less than half what she spent on hers for two pairs.
I am looking forward to trying the Pamu Quiet with noise cancellation now also.

I bought the first PAMU X13 from indiegogo and very impressive with sound quality and functional.
I very surprised beacuse I never heard about this brand and I think they are interesting that a reason why I bought PAMU SCROLL.. unique and luxurious.. PAMU SLIDE .. smart and smooth and the latest PAMU QUIET .. sport ,elegant and fantastic! .. and all of them have a great sound quality and great fuctional (design,stable connection,touch function,play time and mobile application etc.) that better better and better in every way it make me excite to waiting for the new product of them

I am a proud owner of 2 of your products, the Pamu mini and the Pamu Quiet. The Mini for its battery life (around 8 to 9 hrs!), and the Pamu Quiet for its unsurpassed sound quality and its active noise cancelling! Switch it on and you hear next to no outside sounds, so you can really enjoy your music. I'm in the process of buying the Mini in white for the wife because I'm fed up with her borrowing mine! At £39 it's a bargain.v

I’m a big ear bud user - almost 24/7 - because I use them for work conference calls, music during my day and during workouts, and audio books when I’m driving and falling asleep. I’m ridiculously picky and have spent a fortune finding ear buds that work in every situation. My PamuSlide minis are the winners I was looking for. Comfortable, reliable connection in calls, they stay in no matter what I’m doing, and a spectacular battery life to boot.

I've ordered 2 units of Pamu Slide for me and my wife (white and black) when the were in that INDIEGOGO and both came defective working less than a month. I made a complaint in INDIEGOGO and PADMATE and it just got abandoned... I had my personal issues as well and I couldn't follow up closer when i searched these sites none had my complaint available for checking up.

I have bought Pamu Slide and Pamu Slide Mini (both in green, my favourite colour!). I find them very very good. Sound quality is excellent, and the buds stay in my ears however active I get. Value for money is important and these ear buds are in my opinion, the best on the market. I shall being buy more Slides to give as gifts as I'm so impressed with this product.

I purchased a Pamu Slide Mini TWS earbuds and I am very much impressed. The buds fit nicely in my ears with no fear of falling. Its amazing how they put the latest tech in these affordable bluetooth earbuds: Bluetooth 5.0, Type C charging, wireless charging, and my favorite: Very long battery life up to 10 hours of continues play.

Very bad with bug software, and low sound. A lot of times it sounds only in one earth then only in another!!

I’ve purchased 4 sets of earbuds and a Bluetooth speaker for myself and my friends/family and every single one has been fantastic. I have been beyond impressed with my PaMu Quiet! They sound great and the price was fantastic.

First of all, I plan to buy AirPods Pro ... but my friend suggested me to buy PAMU Quiet instead. So I read the review of PAMU products by YouTube and Facebook. After that... I bought PAMU Quiet and got it last week.
In my opinion, it’s perfect for me and I can use it all day long. Easy to connect and charge. The sound is very good and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is the best.

I have multiple Padmate earbuds Quiet and mini and extensively use them both depending on where I am. My Minis are connected to my Android phone and MacBook Pro. I use them a lot for Zoom meetings with no issues. I should note my first pair had an issue and after emailing with support and sending a video, then sent a new pair (not sure why other reviewers had issues). I just used my Quiets on a 4 hour flight, listening to Spotify and watching Netflix. ANC was great at removing airplane noise.

Bought the Pamu Quiet and while they have good sound, I have had a terrible experience with customer service.

My right earbud's touch area is faulty. Sometimes it doesn't register a touch to the point if I keep trying I end up hurting my ear.

After emailing back and forth with Padmate customer service and sending a video of the earbud, their final advice was it wasn't faulty and sometimes one earbud is worse than the other. Plus was told to use left earbud touch area instead.

It's not the end of the world as the earbuds do work but I have a faulty product and they are not replacing it.

I can't recommend them due to this. Great if your product works but any issues be prepared to told to get lost. I have backed/bought all their products up to now but no more.

Got the super early bird special perk from indiegogo for the Pumu Slide. Had the issue that everyone has with only the right ear audio is working. Customer support kept telling me to email different people until they finally looked up my info and they told me buy a new pair. Yup ill buy new pair thats expensive and built better quality then this companys product.

The battery life is so long, it's the biggest battery I've seen in an earbud, the connection is so fast.
The sound quality it's amazing, perfect for me!

Tenho 2 fones da Padmate. Qualidade de construção e de audio excelentes. Serviço de garantia resolveu meu problema quando precisei. Adquiri agora o pamu-quiet e estou muit feliz com ele. Não tenho o que reclamar da Padmate. Recomendo !

The covering mesh of the left bud of my set of Pamu slide have come loose and ended up in my ear canal. Luckily I did not have to go to the doctor to have it removed, but if it was any further in it could actually have been quite dangerous. Additionally, the mesh as well as the case cover of the right earbud have come completely loose. Clearly the products are not well constructed, on top of other issues I experienced such as not establishing a connection and not charging from time to time.

So, of course, I sent in a support request to PadMate. It falls completely within warranty, with an Indiegogo backing on 13 July 2019 and support request on 3 July 2020. I've sent it to support at padmate, which is stated as the correct email address on their website. After 2 months and 14 days, now past the 12 month warranty period, I get a reply: "send an email to pamuslide at padmate instead". Would it have been so difficult to forward it internally with the click of a button? Anyway, I do and, while I've explained in detail how things have went, they just reply with "you are outside of warranty". Oh, and with promotional image attached for their new lousy product. As if it was not painful enough to have received dozens of unsolicited promotional mails from PadMate (to which you cannot unsubscribe!) during the months of silence from the support team...

After a several very slow emails back and forth there sometimes appears to be a very slight hint of comprehension from their side. However, either "Sophia" from PadMate's Customer Experience Center is someone else every time that does not read the past emails at all or they just try to keep you hanging indefinitely, as the outside-of-warranty argument returns cyclically in an endless loop that can only be broken by giving up on their nonsense yourself.

If I could give you one advice: stay away from PadMate! Their inferior and unsafe products, appalling promotional practices and even worse costumer support are definitely not worth your time and money.
