bought Pamu slide mini at a promotional price of 49 dollars, my friend spent 58. I received it in less than two weeks. For overseas shopping, it’s okay.
The appearance is pretty good, it’s small, which is what I like, Pamu slide is too big. The sound quality is okay, very clear, and the bass is good. When making a call, the other party can hear clearly even on the street.
The battery life is great, it can indeed play for 10 hours. Unfortunately, it does not have a multi-point connection function, but the price is worth it.

You need battery life? This is the one for you! Awesome battery. You need it to work for a looooot of time, it will.

Sound is decent. IF you are on a quiet environment with volume to the max. If you leave your home... well... not a great volume. If you walk on the shopping, not great volume. Did you take the bus or subway, not great volume.
The volume is low, period. you don't even need to lower it to talk to someone next to you.

The mic is HORRIBLE. that's the strangest sound, It's both low on volume and just weird. Receiving a phone call is really stressful.

Button controls are a great add. they are really useful.

Changing it from one device to the other, Damn, that's trouble. Example: Got iphone, laptop and a tablet... if you need to change them, oooohhhhh.... put back in case, turn on bluetooth, reconnect from start.

After 2 months I gave up. I sadly bought my airpods back (which I'm wearing as I write this review). My pamu slide is now an expensive paperweight.

I wish if I could avoid giving them even one star. Padmate is sitting in Hongkong or china & pretending that they are in US. I bought their product on 22nd July, 2020. Bcoz of their mistake they did not put full address & courier went back to sender. First they blamed that I gave them wrong address then they asked to privide the full address which I did not & asked for refund, suddenly they found my full & correct address & ask me to confirm it. I simply refuse to confirm & again requested for refund. Bcoz my trust with company was gone. Now its been more than 3 weeks & they do not want to refund my money. DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY & WILL NEVER REFUND.

There is good supporting from Pamu team and the product is good also.

Was a bit concerned about price these are offered at, get what you pay for and all that. I watched the reviews on YouTube and placed my order. Delivered 7 days after ordering and can honestly say these buds are brilliant. Lightweight, plenty loud enough, great range from bass to treble(depends on which earbud type and size, I like the large black ones) and amazing price for product. Highly recommended.

Got my pamu unique 5 weeks ago, great sound and really fashionable appearance. Call is clear. I love it so much!! I'm considering to buy another one for my boyfriend.

I own headphones for 1 year. Very satisfied with the sound quality. Recently there was a problem with the headphone connection and the sound in the left headphone disappeared. After talking with the technical service, they sent me new headphones. I am satisfied

I liked the headset. It has a good construction and excellent battery life and sound is well balanced. The volume is also good but it could be louder.
I recommend this product.

I never received the product and experienced the worst customer service. I was accused of lying, and they sent numerous time wasting emails claiming they had proof I had received it, even though none showed tracking beyond the initial warehouse in my country.

I have the Pamu Slide mini headphones. They sound great and are excellent value. One stopped working after 8 months and they warrantied it within a very reasonable time. Would recommend this product.

ID 127444. my phone pamu slide, had problems with one of them. I made contact with the padmate, they gave me instructions but without success. when contacting again I was informed that there will be replacement of the headphones. the headphones fulfilled what was announced, they really last more than 10 hours easy, sound is good. in my case hardware defect and the padmate has solved it for me, waiting to receive the new headphones ... congratulations PADMATE.

I bought the padmate pa mu and have had a terrible experience as well as wasting $66.00, At first I found them to have terrible connectivity problems, which they do. Then I determined that the right earbud is defective. I have sent 5 emails to the service department regarding a replacement, I have not received one response from the company which means they have no intention of assisting me with the problem. I should have know they were a scam when I realized that they don't have a phone # to contact them.

Pamu earbuds were purchased by my 80-year old dad at the beginning of June 2020 when he came across excellent (self) reviews on their website and was looking for a reliable wireless earbuds. He was not aware that item will be shipped from Hong Kong to New York. I wrote to customer service at Pamu to cancel the order and received a response from Harry that its on the way. It took another week or so to arrive. Left earbud stopped working completely after 1.5 week of use. Volume was very low and it was hard to adjust it. I contacted Harry again asking for a refund and provide return instuctions, but he denied as it was not in scope for opened and used product. Harry asked to send a video of the issue so they can send instructions how to troubleshoot it. I sent the video and never heard from Harry again. I called the credit card to dispute $77 and now waiting for my refund. My dad is repulsed by their terrible customer service and false advertisement and insisted to share write this review so you don't waste your time.

The other reviews describing terrible support and "the runaround" - are exactly right. I purchased PAMU Slides, total $87, on June 13, 2020. I chose them because in their ads they seem like the finest earbuds in the universe. Woops. A month has gone by, and the earbuds DID work the first day, and have not worked since. Try getting help from support and you enter the twilight zone. None of the steps suggested by support worked. When I asked for a refund the conditions stated were unacceptable to me. A replacement set was promised, but a week after that promise, they are asking me to pay shipping costs for them to send the replacement! Early on, I posted a brief, honest video on YouTube showing how the earbuds would not connect with Bluetooth. Padmate's support repeatedly insisted I must take down the video before they can send a replacement. After a couple of weeks of no real help from Padmate, I bought Apple AirPods which arrived in one day, and are working perfectly. I realize Padmate will not help me, and I will initiate a PayPal dispute to get my money back for these useless earbuds.

Honestly, I really liked the earbuds... WHEN IT WORKED.

Delivery was fast despite the Covid situation. No complaints about that.

However, the left earbud started malfunctioning after 1.5 weeks. Firstly, it couldn’t connect to my phone’s Bluetooth, then it just couldn’t charge completely. The right earbud somehow still cannot connect to the Bluetooth. I thought it was a problem with my phone but when I tried with my previous earphones (still functioning but just out of favour), it connected smoothly.

When I contacted the customer service, my first email sent was ignored. I sent another email via their website and when they replied, they told me to wipe the connections with damp alcohol wipes/cloth (which I did already even before their suggestion). Their other method was to use a wire to test the connection. In a normal household, you won’t have random wires laying around waiting for you to test the connections of faulty earbuds. I managed to cut up my (then functioning but now in pieces) cable in order to test it. Left earbud failed the test. I told them of the little experiment to which they then said to send them a video. Well guess what? The wire is now in the rubbish dump somewhere in the world. I’m not gonna cut up another cable just for that. Should have told me that in the first place, no?

This problem has been persistent since a month ago and their emails were slow and extremely unhelpful and not to mention, repetitive. I wanted a exchange of the product because I thought they were decent earphones but now I just want a refund. They don’t have a number for you to call in case of any problems. I wished I can attach ss of my email conversations because it’s all sounds like they were trolling me.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. So what if they provide warranty? By the time they reply, your warranty is probably already over.

The earbuds have a perfect and balanced sound quality, but also for me the best part is the battery life that is amazing.
Had a problem with my buds after 9 months using it, I've contacted Pamuslide support team and the support was very fast, they sent me a replacement.

My only experience with the company is when I bought the Pamu Slides which promised everything, and yet delivered nothing.

1. It took forever to receive my earbuds, something to the tune of 3months for them to be delivered.

2. Broken on arrival. When I got em, the left earbud was faulty straight out of the box. It gave the well known of pink/purple blinky light of doom where it is unresponsive to any commands and won't connect.

3. Absolutely no support. Contacting the company is useless and they give you a runaround under the guise of helping you troubleshoot your earbuds. Replies are slow (think fortnightly) and they simply refuse to accept that the earbud is faulty and issue a refund/replacement.

Overall a poor experience, just note that this isn't a rage review and I hope that it serves as a genuine warning to people who are seeking to buy some audio tech.

Honestly they are one of the best products I have used, for the price there is no other that compares. In my experience the attention service was admirable, answering quickly and kindly.

My buds works perfectly well. The product is amazing and the battery life is insane. Is my best acquisition in times. Thanks a lot Padmate for your product and your awesome support!

Got mine 3 weeks ago, very good value, sound is amazing. They offered more discounts after i placed my order, but i am still happy with this purchase.
