Love our wall art everything went perfectly from selecting, purchasing & collecting
Our only disappointment was that just days after we purchased our local
Store closed permanently

I wanted matching floor and table lamps but the table lamp was not available in the Dunfermline shop but there was one in the Uddingston shop which was sent to me next day. Service with a smile, certainly would shop there again

Visited Pagazzi in Dunfermline where we were offered exceptional customer service from Tracey, Store Manager.
From the moment we entered the store Tracey gave us time to browse the very well presented lights in her store and went out of her way to answer all our questions, so much so that we have returned twice to buy more lights and tables.
As a customer we are often quick to criticise but rarely compliment great service, but on this occasion Tracey went above an beyond, a great asset to any company - Well Done Tracey

The staff in the Dunfermline branch are amazing. I wanted 2 ceiling lights that were being discontinued. They sourced a second one for me in the Perth branch. The 2 staff who were on even wrote out directions for me and took the one light which is very big to my car. They are just so friendly and helpful I would so recommend going to this shop. The products are just great. My lights are great and so unusual. I am delighted

Bought 2 pictures one was chipped at top and had to touch it up with black paint.
2nd picture was missing a fixture for hanging and no screws so I put the one fixture on the top to hang it and screws went right through.
Had there been 2 fixtures like the other picture that would not have happened

Service is second to none.
Shop is always clean & tidy.

Kevin my sales assistant was excellent, very professional, showed me alternatives and made great suggestions, he also quickly sorted out a replacement of a faulty lamp, very helpful.. Takes a pride in his job.

i bought a light from a worker called kevin i had the best experience while shopping in the shop. kevin helped me buy a light when i did not have a clue what i was looking for he was such a pleasant young man and very enthusiastic about his work he made my shopping experience in pagazzi such a delight and i would recommend this shop to all my friend and family thank you again kevin :)

Spot on service - the staff were so incredibly helpful, they took their time with me, asked what I liked, pointed out some options. I asked to see several lights in operation which they did with pleasure. It required them to get out the ladders, hook them up onto the ceiling, insert bulbs and sort out the power. I really felt I was being given individual attention - first class service from Tracy and Kevin. I would definitely recommend.

Placed my order on 23 February and received my blue velvet chair the next day. Well made, velvet is so soft, adds a touch of luxury to my bedroom.

Visited Dunfermline store and wasn't sure about what I wanted. Sales representative, Kevin,was brilliant. His customer service is excellent and product knowledge is superb. He was so helpful and kind. I purchased two lamps on the strength of his help and knowledge. I was so pleased with the purchases I returned on the following day to purchase another lamp and again Kevin's professionalism and kind customer service was exceptional.

I visited Pagazzi Dunfermline today 1/12/22 to purchase some lights for our new home. We were served by a young lass called Kayleigh who delivered a fantastic service with nothing too much trouble. Kayleigh was very patient and offered us some great advice on which lightbulbs would look best with the lights we wanted to buy. Thanks for an excellent customer experience.

Staff in the local store were very friendly and helpful. The products selected were not in stock and they were ordered for a speedy delivery. The fittings were delivered on time as promised. Great service

The pictures are great but the delivery was shocking told for three days that my delivery was on its way had three time slots got on the last one payed £19.00 for the delivery it was a disgrace

Great product. Yes, it was on special offer and it wasn't the easiest thing to put together, but having done so I've had friends who have commented on this unique light. Love it. Great product, good price.
