Be careful, if you buy in store and have a change of heart you get a credit note which is great, however you can’t use the credit for online purchases and vice versa. Poor experience, surely it’s the same company irrespective of source!

Pagazzi sells pretty lights. Ordering and delivery work well. However, they are one of those companies betting on planned obsolescence for revenue: A few weeks after delivery of an (admittedly pretty) ceiling light, one of the glass orb shades got broken. Contacting the company to see if I could buy a replacement, I was told that the product line had been discontinued and no replacement parts were available. When I asked about compatibility / fitting standards, I was told that using any other generic product might cause "danger" and would be entirely my responsibility, while their lights were "individually designed" and thus might not have used standardised fittings. Seriously: they tried to scare me into not attaching someone else's glass bauble to their lamp, but also don't stock any replacement ones. Since glass is fragile, it's clear they are running a planned obsolescence scam, hoping every time a bauble (eventually and inevitably) breaks, people will buy an entirely new ceiling light from them. Considering the prices they charge, this is a very, very poor way to treat customers. You'd expect it from Home Bargains or Lidl, but not for premium priced products. I would not recommend buying from Pagazzi.

Bought 2 lights in store, one being a light that was on display, was reassured it would continue to work fine. The ceiling light I got had what looked like paint brush fibres stuck all over the paint, fair enough I was sent a new one. However the other light I got (display one) did stop working after about 5 uses, I was asked to return it so they could have a look at it, I was informed it was no longer working and they couldn’t repair it so they sent me a voucher for Pagazzi, wasn’t really happy with this as I wanted me money back but they refused. As there was nothing else I wanted from the shop I hadn’t used the voucher for a while, not wanting it to go to waste I decided just to order something before realising it had expired. They kindly extended the voucher for me by a week so I could use it which was much appreciated. However when I went to use the voucher (within that week) it didn’t work, I contacted them about this but by the time I contacted/they responded the voucher had ‘expired’ and they then told me there was nothing wrong with it on their end and that there’s nothing they can do now as it expired again, I argued it saying it wasn’t working on my end before it expired but they basically didn’t want to believe me and then stopped replying to me unless I chased them. No help has since been given and usually I wouldn’t complain but this is probably the worst customer service I’ve received from a company and I just wanted to warn others. I appreciate the voucher was extended but if it doesn’t work then you proceed to say I’m wrong it’s not appreciated.

I recently purchased the Narciso 6 Light Split Bar Black Ceiling Light and the Bombo 8 Light Ceiling Light in Polished Chrome from Pagazzi, and I am delighted with both products.

The quality is excellent, and they look every bit as beautiful in person as they do on the website. Both fittings feel well made, stylish, and have completely transformed the rooms they were purchased for. In terms of the products themselves, I would happily give them 5 stars.

The ordering process was straightforward, and communication throughout was excellent. I received timely updates regarding my order, shipment, and delivery, and the items arrived safely via DPD. Having a delivery time slot made the whole experience very convenient.

The reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because of an issue with the product information on the Pagazzi website. The dimensions listed for the Bombo 8 Light Ceiling Light appeared contradictory, so I contacted customer services for clarification. Whilst they responded within a couple of days and advised they would check with their supplier, I never received a follow-up with the confirmed dimensions. In the end, I was able to find the correct measurements on a third-party website and proceeded with my purchase.

Despite this minor frustration, I would still highly recommend Pagazzi. Their lighting products are stunning, high quality, and exactly as advertised. With a little more attention to ensuring product dimensions are accurate and clearly displayed on the website, the experience would have been a perfect 5 stars.

I bought a light from Pagazzi Sterling Tillicoultry but it had a slight fault when I got it home. We contacted Tracy Hassal and not only did she replace the light but personally delivered it to our house the same day. Great customer service. Greatly Appreciated by Robin Greer. Would definitely recommend Pagazzi Tillicoultry.

I wrote a review in January this year regarding the lack of replacement parts available on all glass shades..... rendering an expensive item useless. The company appears not to have a sustainability policy. So today, 4 months later, customer service have responded!! Still no sustainability policy and an excuse that quite simply is unacceptable....suggesting that they don't hold spares for some items because their range is so extensive, when actually they don't hold any glass shade spares.

If i could give 10 I would. I couldnt get the lighting online as was always out of stock. I emailed them and Caroline contacted buying team, sourced the lites, contacted me when they were back online, did me an invoice and I ordered them and got a discount. Absolutely brilliant company. Gr8 customer service and Caroline went over and above and gave me a gr8 customer experience. I'd definitely buy from this company again. So very happy.

I’ve never had such a poor experience with a company, especially with an online order.
The product quality was very disappointing — the glass shades had visible black spots, and one even had a much larger defect. For the price, this felt like extremely poor value.
While returning the item itself was straightforward, the refund process was far from acceptable. After the return was delivered, I received no confirmation at all — no update, no communication, nothing. Even after 15 days had passed (beyond their stated refund timeframe), I still hadn’t received my money and had to chase them myself.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have to ask for your own money back after following the correct return process. This experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’ve already advised my friends and colleagues to avoid them.

I must express my dissapointment with not to issue a refund. When I attended the store to return my purchased items to buy more expensive lights with them, I followed instructions given by their staff members present at the time. At no point was it clearly explained to me that the condition of the goods would prevent the return from being processed, nor was I given the opportunity to resolve the issue while I was present in store. Had this been made clear at the time I would of addressed the matter immediately. Awful service from management that tried to blame it's staff for not having enough experience to deal with the matter! I am left with unwanted lights and have spent more money with them buying more expensive lights. BE WARNED AND BE CAREFUL!!

Bought a new lamp from Pagazzi in Aberdeen, on opening the lamp was damaged / not working.. took back to the store next day to find out they’d closed down. It’s a disgrace how a business can be allowed to trade knowingly they will be closing the next day.

We saw a Pagazzi light in Boundary Mill Colne which we thought was wonderful but they had no stock so once home tried to find them elsewhere but every stockist had no stock so I contacted Pagazzi at Glasgow to ask if they were getting anymore but was told unlikely. Then shortly after I received an email from Jade saying she had located them in Aberdeen and had requested them to be sent to her for shipment to us. We received them and are so pleased. Jade has been exceptional. Many thanks

Looking for a kitchen light with a base of 23 cm and was struggling. Lovely lady showed me a few alternatives to what I was looking at and I bought a gorgeous light that looks amazing in my kitchen- so knowledgeable and professional

Impossible to place an order online. Money goes from account (luckily reversed by PayPal) but order isn't accepted. Disappointing. Tried emailing with no response. Don't pay unless you use PayPal.

I bought a ceiling light only to discover that bulbs were not included and they cost half of what the light unit cist

I purchased a light from this company in their closing down sale and was advised that light was working however on installation it failed to work and on ringing customer services was advised it was covered under their warranty and it the light was returned and found to be faulty a replacement would be given

However when I sought a replacement the company reversed their position and refused to honour the warranty claiming that if they replaced the light then they would be at a loss. They also stated the item was discontinued, this was a lie as it was still for sale on their website.
I am extremely disappointed they fail to uphold and stand behind their warranty as I have purchased all my lights from them and would advise others to be cautious when purchasing any items

The product was poor value for money and the returns and refund process unnecessarily drawn out and slow. That would deter me re-ordering.

Have bought 3 high end light fittings over last year at very competitive prices but have been disappointed with short life- time of LED bulbs supplied. Three have failed within a few months.
First 2 were replaced promptly and without question but the 3rd when reported received a series of questions to support the claim. Despite these being answered immediately and a further request for an update no more word has been heard for a week.
From phone enqiries it appears the sole person dealing with this (and whose approach seems very inexperienced) has been on leave without resolving or passing on responsibility.
I am left with a faulty bulb in one of my main lights for over 10 days not knowing if or when it will be replaced
Altogether an experience that puts me off giving Pagazzi.my business in future
