Looking for a kitchen light with a base of 23 cm and was struggling. Lovely lady showed me a few alternatives to what I was looking at and I bought a gorgeous light that looks amazing in my kitchen- so knowledgeable and professional

The staff at the Uddingston Branch are fantastic-I bought lights & extra large Mirror & they couldn’t be more helpful-I’m so pleased with my purchases 10 out of 10 🤩

Had to return an item which didn't suit with absolutely no problems whatsoever the girl serving was lovely.

Recently bought a ceiling light and bulbs to fit the light. Also a quite large table.
The customer service was excellent.
We needed help getting the large box to the car.
Didn't need to ask.
The gentleman just lifted the box and put it in the boot of my car.
Always had a great experience from staff at Pagazzi Lighting, that's why we always go back.

Loving my new Large Thoms Kent Wall Clock, bought it in Sand to go with our new Kitchen and worktop in Persian White Quartz. Loving the size of it 50cm in Diameter and I have a small kitchen, and it just look’s amazing up on the wall.

On the day, our experience in the shop was five star. The lady who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable and very very nice!! However, a few days later, my husband and I happened to see the exact same items we bought in Pagazzi in two different shop windows being advertised at half the price we paid for ours in Pagazzi and that was with a 10 or 20% sale on in Pagazzi!! This sort of thing makes me mad, I do not like the proverbial (****) being taken out of me and that is how the situation made me feel.

We were served by the store manager at Birkenshaw, who spent a great deal of time with us, even though we were only making a small purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Paul the manager, the young boy and the girls, couldn’t have done more for me. So helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been back and told family and friends.

I ordered a table from Paggazi, and while the table itself arrived about two weeks ago, it was missing the screws required for assembly. Since then, I’ve reached out to their customer service three times (soon to be four) and still haven’t received any updates or the missing parts.

It's incredibly frustrating to receive an incomplete product and be left in the dark with no communication or resolution. At this point, the table is just taking up space and completely unusable. I expected better service and accountability from a company like Paggazi.

Unless you enjoy chasing down basic parts and being ignored, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Bought mirrored letters for my daughter’s bedroom. Many of the letters were missing protective film so had to choose the best as some were a bit scratched and tatty. Had to wait a short time to be served as only one staff on tills while half a dozen customers were waiting to be served. The staff member was friendly to deal with though

Excellent showroom choice. Really helpful, welcoming and friendly knowledgeable staff. Had an issue with one part of a chandelier, called Uddingston and was able to secure replacement crystal the same day. We also then made another purchase when picking spare up. Love it.

We were looking for a dinning table and could see one with the right colour combination in Pagazzi so decided to get one from there in June 2024.
The experience right from start went downhill after the billing happened:
1. After the first promised date, we were told that the supplier is facing issues with dinning bench and hence the order will be delayed.
2. After 3-4 months of waiting we finally received the table and as we unpacked we noticed the dinning table had scratches and was damaged near the join (it was an extendable one), called Pagazzi and they said to send images, which we promptly did.
We were informed we could use it till our replacement arrives in December 2024.
3. We called to chase for the new table and were told they generally don't give timelines for replacements (Should I be bothered about employee policies when I was given a timeline?) anyway, we asked for compensation which fell of deaf ears, we were then given a new date of Jan 2025
4. Called in Jan 2025, and they haven't received it from their vendor yet!
so essentially we have wasted more than 6 months of our time and our hard earned money and the whereabouts of our replacement is still unknown! its a real shame that a customer cannot be kept updated with the information!
I don't know if there's an escalation channel or what could be done, but I can only hope that the virtual table that has been in transit for more than 3 months now arrives soon.

We got a lot of great products from the Uddingston store, only bettered by the assistance & service we received.
